Description
Claims (29)
- 基質を含有するよう構成された容器と、
該容器から基質を受け入れ、同時に受け入れた基質の一部を該容器に戻すよう構成された2つ以上の区画であって、各区画が該容器の内部に少なくとも部分的に配置された2つ以上の区画と、
各区画の内部に少なくとも部分的に配置され、フィルター操作の間基質から透過物を分離するよう構成されたフィルターと、
該区画又はフィルターのそれぞれに洗浄液を導入し、該区画又はフィルターから洗浄液を排出するための手段と、
各区画からの洗浄液が該区画におけるフィルター洗浄の間該容器中の基質に接触するのを実質的に防ぐために設けられた手段とを含んで成り、
該区画の少なくとも1つにおいてその位置で該フィルターを洗浄し、かつその際、少なくとも1つの他の区画において別のフィルターを操作するように構成された、基質から透過物を回収するためのシステム。 - 洗浄液を前記区画に導入しかつ該区画の前記フィルターと接触させるよう構成された洗浄液の供給源をさらに含んで成る、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記区画のそれぞれが、該区画から洗浄液又は基質を排出するための開口を有する、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記容器から送られた基質を受け入れ、受け入れた基質を前記区画に導入するために、該区画の少なくとも1つの内部に配置された拡散器をさらに含んで成る、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記フィルターがメンブレンを含んで成り、該メンブレンを通して透過物が前記システムの通常操作の間に分離される、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記メンブレンが複数の中空繊維を含んで成る、請求項5に記載のシステム。
- 前記区画の少なくとも1つが開口を画定し、受け入れた基質を該開口を通して前記容器に戻す、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記開口が前記区画の上部に配置された、請求項7に記載のシステム。
- 前記フィルターが操作の間基質中に浸漬されるよう構成された、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記フィルターが前記区画の少なくとも1つの完全に内部に配置された、請求項9に記載のシステム。
- 前記フィルターによって分離された透過物を受け入れるよう接続されたタンクをさらに含んで成る、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 大気圧で透過物が前記フィルターから透過物の排出先へ流れるように、該フィルターより下の高さに配置された透過物の排出先をさらに含んで成る、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記区画の少なくとも2つが互いに隣接して配置された、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記区画が、前記容器から基質を受け入れ、受け入れた基質の一部を該容器に戻すよう構成された2つ以上の小区画に細分化される区画によって画定された、請求項13に記載のシステム。
- フィルターが各小区画の内部に少なくとも部分的に配置された、請求項14に記載のシステム。
- (a)各区画の内部に少なくとも部分的に配置されるフィルターと接触させるために、容器から2つ以上の区画に基質を導入すること、
(b)受け入れた基質の一部を該区画から該容器に戻すこと、
(c)該区画の少なくとも1つと関連したフィルターをその位置で洗浄すること、及び
(d)少なくとも1つの他の区画と関連したフィルターを操作し、それにより、該区画に受け入れた基質から操作フィルターを通して透過物を回収すること、
の工程を含んで成る、請求項1〜15のいずれか1項に記載のシステムを用いて基質から透過物を回収するための方法。 - 前記洗浄工程が、
(a)前記区画又はフィルターに洗浄液を導入すること、
(b)洗浄液が前記容器中の基質に接触するのを防ぐこと、
(c)該区画の少なくとも1つと関連したフィルターを洗浄すること、及び
(d)フィルターをその位置で維持しながら、フィルターを少なくとも部分的に浸漬させ、少なくとも部分的に該フィルターを洗浄すること、
の工程をさらに含んで成る、請求項16に記載の方法。 - 前記浸漬工程が、前記区画の完全に内部に前記フィルターを配置することを含んで成る、請求項17に記載の方法。
- 前記洗浄工程が、洗浄液を前記区画から排出する工程をさらに含んで成る、請求項17に記載の方法。
- 前記洗浄工程と前記操作工程が実質的に並行して実施されて、前記フィルターの少なくとも1つが洗浄されている間の前記システムの連続操作が促進される、請求項16に記載の方法。
- 前記洗浄工程が、前記容器から前記区画への基質の流れを妨げる工程をさらに含んで成る、請求項16に記載の方法。
- 前記洗浄工程が、透過物、化学溶液、又は透過物と化学溶液の組み合せを前記区画又はフィルターに導入する工程をさらに含んで成る、請求項16に記載の方法。
- 前記戻し工程が、前記区画から受け入れた基質の大部分を前記容器に戻すことを含んで成る、請求項16に記載の方法。
- 戻される基質:透過物の比を5:1に維持する工程をさらに含んで成る、請求項16に記載の方法。
- 前記容器中の基質を混合する工程をさらに含んで成る、請求項16に記載の方法。
- 前記戻し工程が、前記フィルター上に膜が形成されるのを低減するために、該フィルター付近の受け入れた基質を循環させることを含んで成る、請求項16に記載の方法。
- 前記フィルターを通して逆流させるために、透過物の一部を該フィルターに戻す工程をさらに含んで成る、請求項16に記載の方法。
- 前記フィルターに透過物を戻す工程が周期的に実施される、請求項27に記載の方法。
- 前記洗浄工程が、洗浄液を前記フィルターを通して前記区画に導入することを含んで成る、請求項16に記載の方法。
