Claims (4)
- 永久張り耐火物が定形耐火物で施工され、且つ、耐火物の加熱・乾燥時に発生するガスを抜くための蒸気抜き孔の設置された溶融金属収容容器であって、前記蒸気抜き孔の設置位置と前記永久張り耐火物の目地とが一致せず、蒸気抜き孔の設置位置と永久張り耐火物の目地との最短距離が30mm以上にずれていることを特徴とする溶融金属収容容器。
- 前記蒸気抜き孔の設置間隔を、最も鉄皮側に施工される永久張り耐火物の寸法の整数倍とすることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の溶融金属収容容器。
- 永久張り耐火物が定形耐火物で施工され、且つ、耐火物の加熱・乾燥時に発生するガスを抜くための蒸気抜き孔の設置された溶融金属収容容器であって、前記蒸気抜き孔の設置位置と前記永久張り耐火物の目地とが一致せず、ずれており、且つ、前記蒸気抜き孔の設置間隔を、最も鉄皮側に施工される永久張り耐火物の寸法の整数倍とすることを特徴とする溶融金属収容容器。
- 前記溶融金属収容容器は、溶銑を収容するための容器であることを特徴とする、請求項1ないし請求項3の何れか1つに記載の溶融金属収容容器。
