Claims (1)
- 中空素材を保持するための金型と、金型の左側に設けられ、作用径が順次変化する多数の短尺拡頭部材と、左側の多数の短尺拡頭部材と共用され、前記左側の短尺拡頭部材の各々に外側より対向端面にて当接せしめられることで圧入を行う左側の一本の長尺押圧部材と、金型の右側に設けられ、作用径が順次変化する多数の短尺拡頭部材と、右側の多数の短尺拡頭部材と共用され、前記右側の短尺拡頭部材の各々に外側より対向端面にて当接せしめられることで圧入を行う右側の一本の長尺押圧部材と、長尺押圧部材と短尺拡頭部材との当接時の自由旋回防止手段とを備え、前記自由旋回防止手段は短尺拡頭部材端面の窪みと該窪みに係合する長尺押圧部材先端とから構成され、左右で短尺拡頭部材の作用径を小さなものから大きなものに順次変えながら、左右の短尺拡頭部材を中空素材内において共用の左右の長尺押圧部材により交互に挿入往復させると共に短尺拡頭部材と長尺押圧部材とは対向面における窪みと先端部との係合により自由旋回を防止させ、素材の肉を凹凸彫込み金型に向けて内径側から張出させることで中空ラックバーを製造する装置。
