Description
The present invention relates to a method for producing a high-quality plastic product in which a plastic molded body A and a transparent plastic molded body B on which a print image by a set of halftone dots is printed are joined, and a plastic product thereby.
Printing images, characters and the like on the surface of plastic is usually performed. However, the printed images and characters themselves are simply on the surface of the plastic, and it has been extremely difficult to maintain the printing quality for a long time. For example, in an accessory that is touched or rubbed on a daily basis, the printed image is worn out, and it is not always sufficient to maintain the quality of the printed image.
For this reason, it is not unprecedented that an image or the like is maintained unchanged even by surface abrasion. For example, an image such as a screwwork that has been used for a long time can maintain an image for a long period of time by fixing an image material (screw) having a certain thickness different from that of the base material into the base material. Is. However, many of the methods for bonding or welding and fixing these other materials to the base material are extremely time-consuming and difficult to produce.
Further, there is no means for obtaining a stronger image by a printing method, and printing on a plastic using a sublimation ink (for example, see Patent Document 1).
However, in this case as well, the diffusion conditions of the ink into the base material were not always sufficient under the conventional conditions.
Further, in order to give a high-class feeling, the printing surface is further laminated with a transparent body. However, when the laminate is bonded using a normal adhesive as in the prior art, there are problems such as bleeding of the printed image by the adhesive and poor adhesion due to insufficient adhesion of the ink portion.
As described above, there has been a strong demand for a method of manufacturing a plastic product that does not deteriorate the accuracy of the printed image without degrading the accuracy of the printed image and imparts a high-class feeling to the plastic having the conventional printed image, and the plastic product thus obtained. .
In view of the above, the present invention provides a method for producing a plastic product having a high-class feeling and high print image quality, and a plastic product thereby.

The plastic product of the present invention is
(6) It is manufactured by the manufacturing method according to any one of (1) to (5) above.
The present invention avoids blurring of the printed image such as blurring, and at the same time, improves the adhesion of the printing ink itself with the plastic moldings A and B, and sufficiently fills the non-halftone portion with the solution. As a result, it is possible to improve the adhesive force between the plastic molded bodies A and B, and to provide a plastic product that is free from defects in quality such as peeling and has a high print quality and high quality by laminating a transparent body.

In the figure, 1 is a plastic molded body A, 11 is a printed image printing surface, 12 is a non-halftone dot portion, 2 is halftone dot printing, 3 is a coating film of at least one layer with a solution, 4 is a plastic molded body B , 41 is a dissolving surface of the plastic molded body B with a solution, which is a mating surface with the plastic molded body A.
In the printing process by OP1, a print image by the dot aggregate is printed on the print
As the plastic material P, one selected from acetate, celluloid, ABS, or nylon is used, and when the finished plastic product is, for example, a frame for spectacles, its moldability, handleability, printing The material P is selected in terms of ease. The organic solvent used as the plastic solvent is preferably a hydrocarbon type such as pentane or solvent naphtha, an alcohol type such as ethanol or butyl alcohol, an acid such as ethyl propionate, an ester type, or a ketone type such as cyclohexanone.
The dissolving solution dissolves 5 to 60 vol% of the plastic material P in the organic solvent. However, if the amount is 5 vol% or less, the plastic material P component does not sufficiently act as an adhesive medium, and if the amount is 60 vol% or more, the dissolution efficiency deteriorates. Further, the effect as an adhesive medium is saturated, which is not preferable.
As the plastic molded body A, it is preferable to use a colored plastic having an appropriate coloring color in consideration of sufficient contrast with respect to a printed image applied to the surface. It is preferable that the brightness difference between the printed image and the colored color is 4 or more, and the contrast feeling scale between them is 6 or more.
More preferably, the brightness of the colored color is 3 or less, the brightness of the printed image is 7 or more, and it is also effective to add a luminous color such as gold, silver or pearl to the printed image in addition to the general color. It is.

As the first step, required by screen printing using UV printing ink colored with pigments corresponding to the above colors as printed image a53 and printed image b54 on the outer surface of plastic molding A51 colored in black The halftone dot set printing was performed.
As a second step, the printed plastic molded body A51 is subjected to 10 min. Dried.
As the third step, the solution was coated on the printed surface of the plastic molded body A that had finished the second step by injection with a syringe and dried.
A solution (plastic P amount 0 to 50 vol%) of plastic solvent (MC acetate solvent), which is the organic solvent, is applied to the
For 10 prototype products completed by crimping and fixing, the adhesion state and the image state were evaluated.
As a result of detailed observation using a magnifying glass with a magnification of 10 times, the bonded surface is in a state where all 10 prototype products and the boundary surfaces of the plastic molded bodies A51 and B52 are sufficiently bonded without any defects such as peeling or bubbles. Was showing. In addition, except for one image, the image was blurred, and no image defects such as displacement were recognized. Moreover, about this 1 piece, although the outline blur was recognized in a part of printed image b54, it was the thing of the use range substantially.
As another embodiment of the present invention, as the printing ink used for printing by the halftone dot set, basically, a printing ink used for an offset method, a screen method, etc., for example, a UV printing ink is used as a base printing ink. In this base ink, a solution obtained by dissolving 5 to 30% by volume of the plastic material P, which is a raw material of the plastic molded bodies A and B, in an organic solvent as a plastic solvent, and 50% by volume or less (0 Mixed printing inks can be used. Thereby, adhesiveness with the plastic of printing ink itself can be improved.
Further, as another embodiment of the third step, the coating film may be a multilayer instead of a single layer in order to prevent bleeding of the printed image.
