Claims (7)
- ハウジングと;
前記ハウジングを第1室と第2室とに分割する隔壁と;
前記第1室に設置された改質器と;
少なくとも前記改質器を加熱する第1バーナーと;
前記第2室に設置されたシフト反応器と;
前記隔壁に形成されて前記シフト反応器を加熱する第2バーナーと;
前記第1バーナーを点火する第1点火器と;
前記第2バーナーを点火する第2点火器と;
を備え、
前記第2バーナーは、前記第1バーナーに供給される燃料によって前記シフト反応器を加熱することを特徴とする、二重バーナーを備えた水素発生装置。 - 前記第2バーナーは、前記シフト反応器に対応する領域の前記隔壁に形成された複数のホールを備えることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の水素発生装置。
- 前記第2バーナーのホールは、3mm以下の直径を有することを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の水素発生装置。
- 前記隔壁には、前記第1バーナーから発生した燃焼ガスが通過するガス出入口がさらに設置されたことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の水素発生装置。
- 前記第2点火器は、点火プラグであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の水素発生装置。
- 請求項1〜請求項5のいずれかに記載の二重バーナーを備えた水素発生装置の駆動方法において:
前記第1バーナーに供給された燃料を前記第2バーナーで燃焼させて、前記シフト反応器を加熱する第1段階と;
前記シフト反応器の温度が所定温度以上に加熱されれば、前記第1バーナーを点火して前記改質器を加熱する第2段階と;
を含み、
前記第2バーナーは、前記第2段階で燃料の供給が中断されて消火されることを特徴とする、二重バーナーを備えた水素発生装置の駆動方法。 - 前記第1段階は、前記隔壁に形成された前記ガス出入口を閉じる段階をさらに含み、
前記第2段階は、前記ガス出入口を開く段階をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の水素発生装置の駆動方法。
