Description
本発明の別の有利な構成では、ダブルポンプ・ダブルモータユニットが少なくとも部分的に、少なくとも1つの走行モータを有する駆動軸のケーシングに組み込まれている。このように構成されていると、有利な作業機械、すなわち走行駆動装置、作業液圧装置用の駆動装置及び舵取り液圧装置用の駆動装置といったすべての主要な駆動装置が、1つの構成グループにまとめられている作業機械を得ることができる。さらにまた、ポンプの搬送流によって第1及び第2の電動モータ並びに出力制御装置のみならず、走行モータ及びその出力制御装置をも冷却することが可能になる。
1)ポンプケーシングGは、熱伝導性の良い材料、特にアルミニウム又はアルミニウム合金から成っている。この材料は製造技術的に容易に加工することができる。
2)第1の電動モータE1のロータR1は、図2で見て右側の端部において、ポンプケーシングGにフラットに固定された支持部材Bに回転可能に支承されている(この支持部材BはポンプケーシングGのサイドカバーとして形成されている)。これによってロータ熱は、中空軸Hと支持部材Bにおける支承箇所とを介してポンプケーシングGへと流出することができ、そしてポンプP1,P2の搬送流によって運び出されることができる。
3)図2に示された実施例とは異なり、第1の電動モータE1のケーシングがポンプケーシングGに一体成形されているような構成も可能であり、このように構成されていると、ステータ領域においてもポンプケーシングへの最適な熱伝達を得ることができる。

Claims (19)
- 自動式の作業機械用の電気液圧式のダブルポンプ・ダブルモータユニットであって、第1の電動モータのロータによって駆動可能な第1のポンプと、第1の電動モータに対して同軸的に配置された第2の電動モータのロータによって駆動可能な第2のポンプとが設けられている形式のものにおいて、両方の電動モータ(E1,E2)のロータ(R1,R2)が、互いに相前後して直列に配置されていて、少なくとも1つのポンプ(P1)が軸方向で見て、第1の電動モータ(E1)の、第2の電動モータ(E2)から離れている端面と、1つ又は2つの電動モータ用の出力制御装置(S)との間に配置されていることを特徴とする、自走式の作業機械用の電気液圧式のダブルポンプ・ダブルモータユニット。
- ポンプケーシング(G)が設けられていて、該ポンプケーシング(G)が直接又は間接的に、第1の電動モータ(E1)のロータ、ステータ、ケーシング又は支承箇所のうちの少なくとも1つ及び出力制御装置(S)の熱放出性の部材と面接触している、請求項1記載のダブルポンプ・ダブルモータユニット。
- 第1の電動モータ(E1)のロータ(R1)がポンプケーシング(G)内に回転可能に支承されているか又は、ポンプケーシング(G)に面で固定されている支持部材(B)内に回転可能に支承されている、請求項1又は2記載のダブルポンプ・ダブルモータユニット。
- 支持部材(B)がポンプケーシング(G)のサイドカバーとして形成されている、請求項3記載のダブルポンプ・ダブルモータユニット。
- 第1の電動モータ(E1)のケーシングがポンプケーシング(G)に一体成形されている、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載のダブルポンプ・ダブルモータユニット。
- ポンプケーシング(G)が、アルミニウム又はアルミニウム合金から成っている、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載のダブルポンプ・ダブルモータユニット。
- 両方のポンプ(P1,P2)が互いに平行にポンプケーシング(G)内に配置されており、第1の電動モータ(E1)のロータ(R1)が中空軸(H)を有しており、該中空軸(H)を通して、第2の電動モータ(E2)のロータ(R2)を第2のポンプ(P2)と結合している軸(W)が貫通案内されている、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載のダブルポンプ・ダブルモータユニット。
- 両方のポンプ(P1,P2)が1つの共通の吸込み通路(K)を有している、請求項7記載のダブルポンプ・ダブルモータユニット。
- 第1のポンプ(P1)と第1の電動モータ(E1)とが半径方向で見て軸方向で少なくとも部分的に互いに重なっている部分を有している、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載のダブルポンプ・ダブルモータユニット。
- ポンプケーシング(G)が、第1の電動モータ(E1)の軸受シールドとして形成されている、請求項9記載のダブルポンプ・ダブルモータユニット。
- 第2の電動モータ(E2)と第1の電動モータ(E1)とが半径方向で見て軸方向で少なくとも部分的に互いに重なっている部分を有している、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載のダブルポンプ・ダブルモータユニット。
- 第2の電動モータ(E2)が第1の電動モータ(E1)の軸受シールドとして形成されている、請求項11記載のダブルポンプ・ダブルモータユニット。
- 第1の電動モータ(E)のロータ(R1)の両方の端面に、軸方向に延びる切欠きが設けられており、該切欠き内に、第1のポンプ(P1)及び第2の電動モータ(E2)の前記重なっている部分がそれぞれ進入している、請求項9から12までのいずれか1項記載のダブルポンプ・ダブルモータユニット。
- 第1の電動モータ(E1)が三相交流・同期モータとして形成されている、請求項1から13までのいずれか1項記載のダブルポンプ・ダブルモータユニット。
- ポンプケーシング(G)内に、第1及び第2のポンプ(P1,P2)又はそのいずれか一方の圧力通路との接続のための少なくとも1つの弁が組み込まれている、請求項1から14までのいずれか1項記載のダブルポンプ・ダブルモータユニット。
- ポンプ(P1,P2)が歯車ポンプとして形成されている、請求項1から15までのいずれか1項記載のダブルポンプ・ダブルモータユニット。
- ダブルポンプ・ダブルモータユニットが、第1の電動モータ(E1)のケーシングに固定フランジ(F)を備えている、請求項1から16までのいずれか1項記載のダブルポンプ・ダブルモータユニット。
- 第1のポンプ(P1)が作業液圧装置に接続され、かつ第2のポンプ(P2)が舵取り液圧装置に接続されている、請求項1から17までのいずれか1項記載のダブルポンプ・ダブルモータユニット。
- ダブルポンプ・ダブルモータユニットが少なくとも部分的に、少なくとも1つの走行モータを有する駆動軸のケーシングに組み込まれている、請求項1から18までのいずれか1項記載のダブルポンプ・ダブルモータユニット。
