Description
本発明に係る酵素活性測定装置の第1実施形態について説明する。図1は、本発明の第1実施形態に係る酵素活性測定装置1の概略構成を示す斜視図である。図2は、図1に示すF2方向からの酵素活性測定装置1の斜視図である。
以上説明した本発明の第1実施形態に係る酵素活性測定装置1によれば、試薬含有部材13に唾液を所定量正確に転写することができるとともに、唾液が転写されたときから所定の時間が経過したときに、試薬含有部材13における試薬の濃度(試薬の発色の程度)が測定されるため、唾液に含まれるアミラーゼの活性値を正確に検出することができる。
(酵素活性測定装置の概略構成)
次に、本発明に係る酵素活性測定装置の第2実施形態について説明する。図14は、本発明の第2実施形態に係る酵素活性測定装置200の斜視図である。酵素活性測定装置200は、上述した本発明の第1実施形態に係る酵素活性測定装置1を改良したものである。
次に、図17及び図18を参照して、酵素活性測定装置200が具備するカバー開閉機構について説明する。図17は、図15に示したF17−F17方向の断面図である。また、図18は、当該カバー開閉機構の動作を説明するための説明図である。
カバー210の下端部210beと当接するように構成されている。
次に、図19及び図20を参照して、酵素活性測定装置200が具備する検体転写部230について説明する。図19は、図15に示したF19方向から捉えた検体転写部230の側面図である。また、図20は、検体転写部230の動作を説明するための説明図である。
次に、酵素活性測定装置200が具備する検体温度補償機構について説明する。酵素活性測定装置200は、上述した本発明の第1実施形態に係る酵素活性測定装置1と概ね同様のCPU基板100及びセンサー基板121(図9及び図10参照)を有している。
酵素活性測定装置200の温度検出部129(図10参照)は、検体、すなわち、唾液が転写された試薬含有部材13の温度である検体温度を検出するものである。
上述したアミラーゼの活性値の補正によって、測定時の温度による測定の誤差を抑制することができる。しかしながら、測定時の温度が低温(摂氏10度以下)の場合、図22(a)に示したように、アミラーゼの活性は大きく低下する。
以上説明した酵素活性測定装置200に設けられるカバー開閉機構によれば、検体転写部230がホルダー17を押圧するAR10の方向(押圧方向)と略直交する直交方向に移動できるようにフック257が構成されている。
Claims (1)
- 酵素の活性を測定する酵素活性測定試薬を含んだ試薬含有部材と、検体含有部材に含まれた検体とを離隔して配置する試薬・検体配置ステップと、
前記試薬・検体配置ステップにおいて配置された前記試薬含有部材と前記検体とを接触させ、前記試薬含有部材に所定量の前記検体を転写する検体転写ステップと、
前記検体が転写されたときから所定の時間が経過したときに、前記試薬含有部材に含まれる試薬の色の濃度を測定する濃度測定ステップと、
前記濃度測定ステップにおいて測定された前記濃度に基づいて、前記検体に含まれる酵素の活性値を検出する酵素活性検出ステップと
を備え、
前記試薬・検体配置ステップでは、
前記試薬含有部材の平面部分である試薬含有部材平面と、前記検体含有部材の平面部分である検体含有部材平面とが略平行になるように対向させて弾性を有するホルダーに配置され、
前記検体転写ステップでは、
前記ホルダーを押圧する押圧面及び前記押圧面に対向するカム当接面を有し、前記ホルダーを押圧する押圧方向に沿って移動可能な可動部材と、
回動軸からの距離が他の部分よりも長い外周面の一部に平面部分を有するカムと、
第1の方向に回動することによって、前記平面部分を前記カム当接面と当接させる転写レバーと、
前記カムを前記第1の方向と反対方向である第2の方向に回動するように付勢する第1の付勢部材と、
前記可動部材を前記カムの方向に付勢する第2の付勢部材と
を具備する検体転写部により、
前記平面部分が前記カム当接面に押し当てられ、前記押圧方向に沿って前記可動部材が移動し、前記押圧面によって前記ホルダーが押圧させられることによって前記ホルダーが撓ませられた状態で、前記試薬含有部材平面と前記検体含有部材平面とが所定の圧力で所定の時間に渡って接触させられる
ことを特徴とする酵素活性測定方法。
