Description
Claims (10)
- 細長い構造梁の端部に対して、この端部に向き合うようにされた取付用側部を有する梁端部取付用部品を溶接取付けする際に、前記梁の端部の横断面の正確さを安定させる方法であって、
画定された雄型取付部を用いて、前記梁端部に対して、形状的に正確な横断面の存在を保証する工程と、
前記梁端部取付用部品の取付用側部に、少なくとも部分的に、適合する断面形状の雌型受容構造体を形成する工程であって、前記雌型受容構造体は、前記梁端部の前記正確な断面の雄型取付部を、相補的にきちんと受け入れる、形成する工程と、
前記梁端部雄型取付部を、前記梁端部取付用部品の雌型受容構造体に挿入する工程であって、前記梁端部と前記梁端部取付用部品との間に、溶接保持され捕捉された状態を生じさせる、挿入する工程と、
前記保持状態を維持しながら、前記梁端部と前記梁端部取付用部品との間に、溶接を生成する工程と、を含む方法。 - I形梁の横断面を有する梁に使用するように合わせられており、前記I形梁の横断面は、中央ウェブと、実質的に平行位置にある一対の離間した平面フランジとを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記保証する工程が、必要に応じて、前記梁のウェブとフランジとの間の正確な角度関係を確立する修正手段を加える工程を含む、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記保証する工程が、前記梁の中央ウェブに、軸方向に対して、凹んだ領域または受容具用ポケットを作成する工程を含む、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記梁端部の断面は、ウェブおよびフランジ構造体により画定され、前記形成する工程が、前記梁端部取付用部品の前記取付用側部に、前記雄型取付部を受け入れるための雌型受容区域を作成する工程を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記溶接保持状態を安定させる助けとなるように、溶接中に縦軸方向の圧縮付勢を利用した梁受容ジグ構造体で行われる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 軸方向の付勢圧縮が、前記梁端部取付用部品に係合するように設計された付勢要素によって加えられ、また、溶接中に、前記梁端部取付用部品と前記付勢要素との間に、ばねで付勢された引張力を生み出す工程をさらに含む、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 細長い構造梁の梁端部に取付用部品を溶接取付けする際に、前記梁端部の横断面の正確さを安定させる方法であって、
外部構造体に、雌型であって、梁端部を受容する受容構造体を形成する工程と、
そのような梁端部が雄型であり、当該梁端部の横方向のフットプリントを、形状的に修正し捕捉する工程であって、形成された前記受容構造体の中に、前記梁端部のフットプリントを挿入することにより、後の形状変化に対抗して前記フットプリントを固定する、修正し捕捉する工程と、
挿入された前記フットプリントをそのように捕捉しながら、補足された梁端部の前記フットプリントを、前記取付用部品に対して、溶接して取り付ける工程と、を含む方法。 - 前記形成する工程及び前記捕捉する工程が、前記梁端部取付用部品に関して行われる、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 梁端部取付用部品を利用する、柱に対する梁の取付けに関する方法であって、
雄型取付部を用いて、設計的に正確な横断面を作成するために、梁端部に溶接前の準備処理をする工程と、
前記梁端部の前記雄型取付部に対して、相補的な雌型取付部を形成するために、梁端部取付用部品に溶接前の準備処理をする工程と、
溶接保持状態を生じさせるために、前記梁端部と前記梁端部取付用部品とを結合して、溶接前に組み立てる工程であって、前記梁端部と前記梁端部取付用部品とが、前記梁端部と前記梁端部取付用部品との雄雌結合の相補的嵌合によって安定化される、組み立てる工程と、
前記梁端部と前記梁端部取付用部品とを、続いて溶接する工程と、を含む方法。
