Claims (10)
- 歯車及びねじ型ワークピースの研磨屑形成加工のための装置であって、
a.研削される歯車やねじ型ワークピースを保持するワークスピンドルからなり、このスピンドルは第一スライド上の第一軸まわりを回転するように設置され、
b.第一スライドを受ける装置基台を備え、この第一スライドは第一軸と平行に移動可能であり、
c.旋回ヘッドは第二軸まわりに回転するように設置され、
ワークスピンドルに向けられた旋回ヘッドの前端面には、少なくとも二つの機能ユニットが配置され、このユニットは加工工具又は測定工具を備え、旋回ヘッドに対する移動及び旋回ヘッドの旋回により、必要に応じて、少なくとも二つの機能ユニットを加工される歯車又はねじ型ワークピースに作動接続することを特徴とする歯車及びねじ型ワークピースの研磨屑形成加工装置。 - 旋回ヘッドが、少なくともプラスマイナス90°まで旋回可能である請求項1に記載の装置。
- 第二軸が第一軸に直角である請求項1又は2記載の装置。
- 機能ユニットが旋回ヘッドに対して半径方向に移動可能に配置された請求項1乃至3いずれかに記載の装置。
- 少なくとも一つの機能ユニットが旋回ヘッドの旋回軸に平行に移動可能である請求項1乃至4いずれかに記載の装置。
- 旋回軸に平行に移動可能な機能ユニットが送りスライド上に配置され、その送りスライドが旋回ヘッド内に配置されている請求項5に記載の装置。
- 全ての機能ユニットが研削、フライス削り、ホーニング、シェービング、ドレッシング又はワークピースの他の研磨屑形成加工のための加工工具と、或いは歯車、及び/又は、ねじ型ワークピースの形状を測定するための測定工具とを備えている請求項1乃至6いずれかに記載の装置。
- 機能ユニットと装置制御システム間の信号交換と同様機能ユニットへの電力と研削剤/潤滑剤の供給は、ワークスピンドルから離れた方向に向けられた旋回ヘッドの後からなされ、その旋回ヘッドを介して導かれる請求項1乃至7いずれかに記載の装置。
- その供給と信号交換が割り当てられた送りスライドを介して導かれる請求項6及び8に記載の装置。
- ワークスピンドルが電動機で直接又は減速歯車ユニットを介して駆動されうる請求項1乃至9いずれかに記載の装置。
