Description
また、本発明は、二軸螺旋配向を有する多層チューブ部材を形成するための押出しシステムを提供する。このシステムは、溶融ポリマーを供給するための複数の押出機と、該複数の押出機に対して連結された押出ヘッドと、該押出ヘッドは、該複数の押出機から該溶融ポリマーを注入するための複数の注入口と、該溶融ポリマーを排出するための1つの排出口と、固定部および回転部を有する外側ダイ部とを備えることと、該外側ダイ部の固定部および回転部に回転可能に配置された回転ピンと、該回転ピンに対して連結された第1の方向へ回転する回転ドライブと、該回転部に対して連結された該第1の方向とは異なる第2の方向へ回転する第2の回転ドライブとを備え、該溶融ポリマーが該排出口から排出される時に、該回転部は該多層チューブ部材の外側層に螺旋配向を付与することと、該溶融ポリマーが該排出口から排出される時に、該回転ピンは該多層チューブ部材の内側層に螺旋配向を付与することと、該外側層の螺旋配向は該内側層の螺旋配向とは反対方向になることとを特徴とする。
Claims (6)
- 二軸螺旋配向を有する多層チューブ部材を形成するための押出しシステムであって、
溶融ポリマーを供給するための複数の押出機と、
該複数の押出機に対して連結された押出ヘッドと、該押出ヘッドは、該複数の押出機から該溶融ポリマーを注入するための複数の注入口と、該溶融ポリマーを排出するための1つの排出口と、固定部および回転部を有する外側ダイ部とを備えることと、
該外側ダイ部の固定部および回転部に回転可能に配置された回転ピンと、
該回転ピンに対して連結された第1の方向へ回転する回転ドライブと、該回転部に対して連結された該第1の方向とは異なる第2の方向へ回転する第2の回転ドライブとを備え、
該溶融ポリマーが該排出口から排出される時に、該回転部は該多層チューブ部材の外側層に螺旋配向を付与することと、
該溶融ポリマーが該排出口から排出される時に、該回転ピンは該多層チューブ部材の内側層に螺旋配向を付与することと、
該外側層の螺旋配向は該内側層の螺旋配向とは反対方向になることとを特徴とする押出しシステム。 - 前記複数の押出機は、相互押出しを行うために操作可能に連結される制御システムを各々有する請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記内側層および外側層のうちの一方は、他方と比較して可撓性を有するポリマー材から形成され、他方は一方と比較して硬質のポリマー材から形成される請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記内側層および外側層のうちの一方は、非液晶ポリマーマトリックス内に液晶ポリマー繊維が分散された層である請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 液晶ポリマー繊維が分散された層における液晶ポリマー繊維の含量は、0.1重量%と90重量%との間である請求項4に記載のシステム。
- 液晶ポリマー繊維が分散された層は、多層ポリマーチューブの0.05重量%乃至50重量%からなる請求項4に記載のシステム。
