Claims (2)
- 接地線を設けた高圧電力ケーブルの絶縁劣化を活線下で診断する高圧電力ケーブルの絶縁診断監視装置において、
接地線を流れる電流の直流電流成分の電流値を測定する直流電流成分測定手段と、
高圧電力ケーブルのケーブル遮蔽層と大地との間のシース絶縁抵抗を測定するシース絶縁抵抗測定手段と、
診断対象の高圧電力ケーブルが敷設される敷設現場と同一の敷設現場に敷設された複数の高圧電力ケーブルから測定した直流電流成分とシース絶縁抵抗のうち、良好と判定された直流電流成分とシース絶縁抵抗との相関関係から反比例定数を算出し、当該反比例定数を地電圧と定め、当該地電圧と、シース絶縁抵抗測定手段によって測定されたシース絶縁抵抗とに基づいて、直流電流成分測定手段によって測定された直流電流成分の電流値の補正を行う補正手段と、
を有することを特徴とする、高圧電力ケーブルの絶縁診断監視装置。 - 請求項1に記載の高圧電力ケーブルの絶縁診断監視装置において、
補正手段は、上記相関関係から求めた地電圧とシース絶縁抵抗測定手段によって測定されたシース絶縁抵抗とを用いて得られた迷走電流成分を、直流電流成分測定手段によって測定された直流電流成分から引くことにより、診断対象の高圧電力ケーブル内部の劣化で真に発生した直流電流成分を算出することを特徴とする、高圧電力ケーブルの絶縁診断監視装置。
