Abstract
【解決手段】活線診断装置12は、接地線10を流れる電流の直流電流成分Idcを測定し、さらに高圧電力ケーブル1のケーブル遮蔽層と大地との間のシース絶縁抵抗Rshを測定する。そして、測定された直流電流成分Idc及びシース絶縁抵抗Rshと、診断対象の高圧電力ケーブル1が敷設される敷設現場における地電圧Egと、に基づいて、補正手段20は、測定された直流電流成分Idcの補正を行う。これにより、診断対象の高圧電力ケーブル1の内部劣化で真に発生した直流電流成分を算出することができる。

Claims (3)
- 接地線を設けた高圧電力ケーブルの絶縁劣化を活線下で診断する高圧電力ケーブルの絶縁診断監視装置において、
接地線を流れる電流の直流電流成分の電流値を測定する直流電流成分測定手段と、
高圧電力ケーブルのケーブル遮蔽層と大地との間のシース絶縁抵抗を測定するシース絶縁抵抗測定手段と、
測定された直流電流成分の電流値及びシース絶縁抵抗と、診断対象の高圧電力ケーブルが敷設される敷設現場における地電圧と、に基づいて、測定された直流電流成分の電流値の補正を行う補正手段と、
を有することを特徴とする、高圧電力ケーブルの絶縁診断監視装置。 - 請求項1に記載の高圧電力ケーブルの絶縁診断監視装置において、
補正手段は、地電圧とシース絶縁抵抗とを用いて得られた迷走電流成分を、測定された直流電流成分から引くことにより、診断対象の高圧電力ケーブル内部の劣化で真に発生した直流電流成分を算出することを特徴とする、高圧電力ケーブルの絶縁診断監視装置。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の高圧電力ケーブルの絶縁診断監視装置において、
地電圧は、測定された直流電流成分の電流値及びシース絶縁抵抗に基づいて求められることを特徴とする、高圧電力ケーブルの絶縁診断監視装置。
