Claims (6)
- 電源供給経路上の超電導素子と並列に連結される分流経路上に配置されるコイルであって、前記超電導素子のクエンチにより分流された過電流が流れる時電磁反発力を発生して、該電磁反発力を連動手段に印加する駆動コイルと、
前記駆動コイルと系統との間に直列に連結され、前記分流経路の後段に位置し、前記連動手段に一体に軸着されスイッチの接触した接点が前記連動手段に印加された電磁反発力により離れる高速スイッチング接点と、
前記駆動コイルと並列に連結されて限流経路上に配置され、前記連動手段に一方側が一体に軸着し前記高速スイッチング接点の移動方向で反対方向に連動して、前記高速スイッチング接点が予め設定された間隔だけ離れる時に接点が接触して前記過電流を後段に直列に連結された限流負荷に流すアーク切換スイッチと、を含んでなる一体型高速スイッチモジュールを備えた半波非限流型超電導限流器。 - 前記アーク切換スイッチは、接点離隔間隔が前記高速スイッチング接点の接点離隔間隔より小さく、これにより前記アーク切換スイッチの接点は前記高速スイッチング接点が完全に離れる時点より先に接触することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の一体型高速スイッチモジュールを備えた半波非限流型超電導限流器。
- 前記連動手段は、前記駆動コイルの上側に位置して前記駆動コイルに流れる過電流により発生した電磁反発力で動作する板状の反発板であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の一体型高速スイッチモジュールを備えた半波非限流型超電導限流器。
- 前記アーク切換スイッチは前記反発板の上側端に一方の接点が連動するように連結され、
前記高速スイッチング接点は前記反発板の下側端に一方の接点が連動するように連結されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の一体型高速スイッチモジュールを備えた半波非限流型超電導限流器。 - 前記高速スイッチング接点は直列に連結された少なくとも一つ以上の高速スイッチング接点であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の半波非限流型超電導限流器における一体型高速スイッチモジュール。
- 電源供給経路上の超電導素子と系統との間に直列に連結される第1高速スイッチング接点と、
前記超電導素子及び第1高速スイッチング接点と並列に連結され、第1分流経路上に配置され、前記超電導素子によって分離された過電流によって電磁反発力を発生して前記第1高速スイッチング接点の接触した接点を離す第1駆動コイルと、
前記第1駆動コイルと並列に連結され、第2分流経路上に配置され、前記過電流により電磁反発力を発生する第2駆動コイルと、
前記第1駆動コイル及び第2駆動コイルと前記系統との間に直列に連結され、前記第1分流経路及び第2分流経路の後段に位置し、前記第2駆動コイルが発生する電磁反発力により接触した接点が離される第2高速スイッチング接点と、
前記第2駆動コイルと並列に連結され、限流経路上に配置され、前記第1高速スイッチング接点の接点が予め設定された間隔だけ離れる時に接点が接触し前記過電流を後段に直列に連結された限流負荷に流すアーク切換スイッチと、を含んでなる一体型高速スイッチモジュールを備えた半波非限流型超電導限流器。
