Claims (7)
- 소정 기판과; 상기 기판상에 소정 형태의 박막으로 형성되는 초전도 박막;상기 전력계통으로부터 인가되는 전류를 일단부를 통해 입력받는 입력단자;상기 입력단자의 타단부를 통해 상기 전류를 인가받아 소정 주기로 상기 전류를 단속하여 전압레벨이 상승된 전류를 출력하여 상기 초전도 박막에 인가하는 반도체 스위칭 소자; 및 상기 초전도 박막을 통과한 전류를 출력하기 위한 출력단자를 포함하여, 전력계통의 사고전류를 제한하는 초전도 한류기에 있어서,상기 반도체 스위칭 소자는 서로 병렬로 연결되어 한 주기동안의 출력전압을 발생하는 2개의 다이오드인 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체 스위칭 소자를 갖는 초전도 한류기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 반도체 스위칭 소자는 서로 병렬로 연결되어 한 주기 동안의 출력 전압을 발생하는 2개의 싸이리스터인 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체 스위칭 소자를 갖는 초전도 한류기.
