Description
注湯後の枠付き砂鋳型Mのパレット1上から定盤2上への移し替えは、金枠F付きのまま行われるため、低強度の砂鋳型Mであったとしても、金枠Fの保形作用により移し替え過程で砂鋳型Mが崩壊する心配が無く、砂鋳型Mの取り扱いが容易である。それ故、鋳物Cの取り出し操作を自動化する場合でもさほどの困難を生じない。
上記実施形態では、バラシ及び砂落とし工程において、振動付与機構6による振動付与と投射手段7による投射材投射とを併用したが、いずれか一方の処理だけとしてもよい。あるいは、これらとは全く別のバラシ及び砂落とし処理を施してもよい。
Claims (3)
- 枠付き砂鋳型から鋳物を取り出す方法であって、注湯後の枠付き砂鋳型を砂通し可能に構成された定盤上に移し替えた後、砂鋳型から枠を取り除き、その後に、定盤上の砂鋳型に対して機械的又は物理的な刺激を与えて砂鋳型を崩壊させると共に定盤の上面側から下面側に向けて鋳型砂を通過させて鋳物と分離することを特徴とする枠付き砂鋳型からの鋳物の取り出し方法。
- 砂鋳型の周囲を枠で囲った枠付き砂鋳型から鋳物を取り出す方法であって、
水平なパレット上に造型された枠付き砂鋳型に注湯する注湯工程と、
前記パレットの横に砂通し可能に構成された定盤を配置すると共に、注湯後の枠付き砂鋳型を前記パレット上から定盤上に水平スライドさせて移し替える移し替え工程と、
前記移し替え完了後に、砂鋳型を上から押さえつつその周囲の枠だけを垂直方向に取り外す枠外し工程と、
前記枠外し完了後に、定盤上の砂鋳型に対して機械的又は物理的な刺激を与えて砂鋳型を崩壊させると共に定盤の上面側から下面側に向けて鋳型砂を通過させて鋳物と分離する砂落とし工程と
を備えることを特徴とする枠付き砂鋳型からの鋳物の取り出し方法。 - 前記機械的又は物理的な刺激は、振動の付与又は投射材の投射による刺激であることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の枠付き砂鋳型からの鋳物の取り出し方法。
