Description
Claims (10)
- 20:1〜1:1の範囲のSiO2:Al2O3のモル比と、25g/l未満の密度と、DIN ISO4590による50%を超える割合で連続気泡を有するアルミノシリケート基礎無機発泡体。
- アルカリ金属シリケートの水溶液とアルカリ金属アルミネートの水溶液とを、20:1〜1:1のシリケートとアルミネートとのモル比で、発泡剤としての揮発性有機化合物と乳化剤との存在下で反応させ、該反応の間に発泡させる、請求項1に記載の無機発泡体の製造方法。
- 前記発泡剤が、C4〜C6炭化水素である、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 以下の工程:
a)アルカリ金属シリケート、発泡剤及び乳化剤を混合する工程、
b)アルカリ金属アルミネートを、工程a)で得られた混合物に50℃未満で添加して混合する工程、
c)工程b)で得られた混合物を50〜100℃に加熱する工程、
d)工程c)で得られた混合物を、100℃を超える温度に加熱して、水を蒸発させる工程、
を含む請求項2に記載の方法。 - 工程c)及びd)が単一の処理工程として行われる請求項4に記載の方法。
- 加熱がマイクロ波を用いて行われる請求項4に記載の方法。
- 以下の工程:
a)アルカリ金属シリケート、発泡剤及び乳化剤を混合する工程、
b)アルカリ金属アルミネートを、工程a)で得られた混合物に50℃未満で添加して混合する工程、
c)工程b)で得られた混合物を減圧下に導入する工程、
d)工程c)で得られた混合物を、50℃を超える温度に加熱して、水を蒸発させる工程、
を含む請求項2に記載の方法。 - 減圧と加熱が一工程で行われる請求項7に記載の方法。
- 以下の工程:
a)アルカリ金属シリケート、発泡剤及び乳化剤を混合する工程、
b)アルカリ金属アルミネートを、工程a)で得られた混合物に50℃未満で添加して混合する工程、
c)工程b)で得られた混合物を、ノズルを通じて絞り出し、より低圧に減圧する工程、
d)工程c)で得られた混合物を、50℃を超える温度に加熱して、水を蒸発させる工程、
を含む請求項2に記載の方法。 - 請求項1に記載の無機発泡体を、建設産業又は自動車の構造物において断熱材又は防音材として使用する方法。
