Claims (12)
- SiO2:Al2O3몰비가 20:1 내지 1:1이고 밀도가 25 g/ℓ미만인 알루미노실리케이트 기재의 무기 발포체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 연속 기포 비율이 50% 초과인 무기 발포체.
- 휘발성 발포제 및 유화제의 존재하에 알칼리 금속 실리케이트의 수용액과 알칼리 금속 알루미네이트의 수용액을 실리케이트 대 알루미네이트 몰비 20:1 내지 1:1에서 반응시키는 단계 및 반응하는 동안 이를 발포시키는 단계를 포함하는, 제1항에 청구된 무기 발포체의 제조 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 발포제가 C4-C6-탄화수소인 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 발포제가 CO2, N2또는 공기인 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서,a) 알칼리 금속 실리케이트, 발포제 및 유화제를 혼합하는 단계,b) 50℃ 미만에서 상기 혼합물에 알칼리 금속 알루미네이트를 첨가하여 혼합하는 단계,c) 상기 혼합물을 50 내지 100℃로 가열하는 단계, 및d) 상기 혼합물을 100℃ 초과로 가열하여 물을 증발시키는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 단계 c) 및 d)를 단일 공정 단계로서 수행하는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 마이크로파를 이용하여 가열시키는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서,a) 알칼리 금속 실리케이트, 발포제 및 유화제를 혼합하는 단계,b) 50℃ 미만에서 상기 혼합물에 알칼리 금속 알루미네이트를 첨가하여 혼합하는 단계,c) 상기 혼합물을 감압하에 두는 단계, 및d) 상기 혼합물을 50℃ 초과로 가열하여 물을 증발시키는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 압력 감소 및 가열을 단일 단계로 수행하는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서,a) 알칼리 금속 실리케이트, 발포제 및 유화제를 혼합하는 단계,b) 50℃ 미만에서 상기 혼합물에 알칼리 금속 알루미네이트를 첨가하여 혼합하는 단계,c) 상기 혼합물을 노즐을 통과시켜 보다 낮은 압력으로 감압시키는 단계, 및d) 상기 혼합물을 50℃ 초과로 가열하여 물을 증발시키는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
- 건축 산업 및 자동차 구조물에서의 방열 및 방음을 위한, 제1항에 청구된 무기 발포체의 용도.
