Description
(a)平均直径が1−100nmの範囲、好ましくは10−50nmの範囲の二酸化珪素粒子分散物と界面活性剤および発泡剤との50℃未満の温度での混合、および
(b)60−100℃の範囲の温度への加熱または減圧により混合物を泡立たせる工程からなる。
(B)固形含有量が、30重量%のアルキルエーテルサルフェートの水性溶液
Claims (9)
- 25kg/m3未満の密度を有し、Al2O3に対するSiO2のモル比が、20:1より大きく、Me2Oに対するSiO2のモル比が、50:1より大きい珪酸塩を基礎とするフォームであって、Meがアルカリ金属であることを特徴とするフォーム。
- DIN ISO 4589準拠の連続気泡ファクターが50%より大きいことを特徴とする、請求項1記載のフォーム。
- 溶融点または軟化点が1600℃より大きいことを特徴とする、請求項1又は2記載のフォーム。
- 以下の工程、すなわち
(a)50℃未満の温度で界面活性剤および発泡剤を用いて平均直径が1−100nmのSiO2粒子の分散物を混合し、及び
(b)60−100℃の範囲の温度への加熱または減圧により混合物を発泡させる工程を含む珪酸塩フォームの製造方法。 - 工程(b)の後、フォームを200−500℃の温度で焼結することを特徴とする、請求項4記載の方法。
- SiO2粒子の分散物がアルミニウムイオンで安定化されていることを特徴とする、請求項4または5記載の方法。
- アルキルエーテルサルフェートを界面活性剤として使用することを特徴とする、請求項4−6の何れかに記載の方法。
- C4−C8炭化水素を発泡剤として使用する請求項4−7の何れかに記載の方法。
- 断熱材または防音材用に請求項1−3何れかに記載のフォームの使用。
