Description
コンピュータが、前記インプラント処置を実行するために要求される個別のステップに関する情報を提供するための一連の視覚的なディスプレイ画面を表示し、前記インプラント処置中に前記インプラント処置対象の一部の仮想三次元表示の方向付けされた画像との相対的な位置合わせに用いられる、選択されたインプラント装置の仮想的な画像を表示するステップ、
コンピュータが、前記インプラント処置対象の一部に対する前記選択されたインプラント装置の位置を決定するための手段からデータを受け取るステップ、
コンピュータが、前記対象の一部の画像を取得し、前記対象の一部の仮想三次元表示を生成するために前記画像を処理する手段からデータを受け取るステップ、を備え、
前記処置の個別のステップが完了した旨の入力がなされると、前記GUIの連続的なサブシリーズで構成された前記一連の視覚的なディスプレイ画面が自動的に先に進められるものが提供される。
インプラント処置の実行をガイドするためのグラフィカル・ユーザーインターフェース(GUI)を表示するビデオディスプレイを含むコンピュータ、
前記インプラント処置の対象の一部に対する選択されたインプラント装置の位置を決定するための手段、および
前記対象の一部の画像を取得し、前記対象の前記一部の仮想的な三次元表示を生成するため当該画像を処理する手段、を備え、
前記GUIは、前記インプラント処置を実行するために要求される個別のステップに関する情報を提供するための一連の視覚的なディスプレイ画面を含み、前記インプラント処置中に前記インプラント処置対象の一部の仮想三次元表示の方向付けされた画像との相対的な位置合わせに用いられる、選択されたインプラント装置の仮想的な画像を表示するものであり、
前記処置の個別のステップが完了した旨の入力がなされると、前記GUIの連続的なサブシリーズで構成された前記一連の視覚的なディスプレイ画面が自動的に先に進められることを特徴とするものが提供される。
必要とされる各インプラント箇所の計画がなされた後、図4を参照して説明されたような調節済みドリルガイドを有する、本技術で既知の電気ドリル等を用いて茎状穴(pedicle holes)が穿けられる。茎状穴が穿けられると、ドリルビットの仮想的な経路が、正反対の色(contrasting colour)により、例えば、計画されたインプラント箇所の上に表示され、同時に、穴が穿けられるにつれて、茎状穴の深さが深さゲージ520上に示される。これにより、茎状穴が正確に位置決めされ、ちょうど必要な深さに穿けられることを促進するため、方向軸および穴の深さを同時に監視することが可能となる。
Claims (17)
- インプラント処置の実行をガイドするためのグラフィカル・ユーザインターフェース(GUI)を用いたコンピュータによる表示方法であって、かかる方法は、
コンピュータが、前記インプラント処置を実行するために要求される個別のステップに関する情報を提供するための一連の視覚的なディスプレイ画面を表示し、前記インプラント処置中に前記インプラント処置対象の一部の仮想三次元表示の方向付けされた画像との相対的な位置合わせに用いられる、選択されたインプラント装置の仮想的な画像を表示するステップ、
コンピュータが、前記インプラント処置対象の一部に対する前記選択されたインプラント装置の位置を決定するための手段からデータを受け取るステップ、
コンピュータが、前記対象の一部の画像を取得し、前記対象の一部の仮想三次元表示を生成するために前記画像を処理する手段からデータを受け取るステップ、を備え、
前記処置の個別のステップが完了した旨の入力がなされると、前記GUIの連続的なサブシリーズで構成された前記一連の視覚的なディスプレイ画面が自動的に先に進められること、
を特徴とするコンピュータによる表示方法。 - 請求項1において請求された方法において、前記連続的なサブシリーズは、装置の調整、対象の画像化、インプラント箇所の計画、インプラント箇所の準備、および、インプラントの取り付けに関する画像を備えること、
を特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1または請求項2において請求された方法であって、さらに、前記インプラント処置を実行するために用いられるインプラント装置を選択し、当該選択されたインプラント装置を調節するためのメニューセレクションおよびディスプレイ画面を表示するステップを備えること、
を特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれかの請求項において請求された方法であって、さらに、前記インプラント処置の対象の一部の画像を取得し、前記画像を認証し、当該画像を変換し、当該画像を削除するためのメニューセレクションおよびディスプレイ画像を表示するステップを含むこと、
を特徴とする方法。 - 請求項4において請求された方法において、前記画像を変換するための前記メニューセレクションおよびディスプレイ画像は、取り込まれた画像を選択し、回転させ、反転させ、および、削除された画像を復元することのいずれかを補助することを可能にすること、
を特徴とする方法。 - 請求項3において請求された方法であって、さらに、
前記インプラント処置を実行するために用いられるインプラント装置を選択し、当該選択されたインプラント装置を調節するためのメニューセレクションおよびディスプレイ画面を表示するステップを含み、
前記ディスプレイ画面は、前記調整済み装置の一つの入力に応答して生成されたインプラント計画位置に重ねて、前記対象の一部の画像を表示するディスプレイ画面を備えること、
を特徴とする方法。 - 請求項4において請求された方法において、前記ディスプレイ画面は、インプラント計画位置と重ねて、前記対象の一部の画像を表示するディスプレイ画面、および、装置が実際のインプラント箇所を用意するために用いられる際に、当該インプラント箇所を用意するために用いられる装置の仮想経路を表示するディスプレイ画面を備えること、
を特徴とする方法。 - 請求項7において請求された方法であって、さらに、インプラントを受け入れるためにドリルされるべき穴の深さを示す、深さゲージを備えること、
を特徴とする方法。 - 請求項4において請求された方法において、前記ディスプレイ画像は、インプラント計画位置と重ねて前記対象の一部の画像、前記インプラント装置の一つを用いて用意された前記インプラント箇所の画像、ならびに、前記インプラントがインプラント計画箇所に取り付けられる際に、前記インプラントの経路の仮想的な画像を表示すること、
を特徴とする方法。 - 請求項9で請求された方法であって、さらに、前記挿入されたインプラントの画像の取り込みを補助するための、メニューセレクションおよびディスプレイ画像を備えること、
を特徴とする方法。 - インプラント処置を実行するためのシステムであって、
インプラント処置の実行をガイドするためのグラフィカル・ユーザーインターフェース(GUI)を表示するビデオディスプレイを含むコンピュータ、
前記インプラント処置の対象の一部に対する選択されたインプラント装置の位置を決定するための手段、および
前記対象の一部の画像を取得し、前記対象の前記一部の仮想的な三次元表示を生成するため当該画像を処理する手段、を備え、
前記GUIは、前記インプラント処置を実行するために要求される個別のステップに関する情報を提供するための一連の視覚的なディスプレイ画面を含み、前記インプラント処置中に前記インプラント処置対象の一部の仮想三次元表示の方向付けされた画像との相対的な位置合わせに用いられる、選択されたインプラント装置の仮想的な画像を表示するものであり、
前記処置の個別のステップが完了した旨の入力がなされると、前記GUIの連続的なサブシリーズで構成された前記一連の視覚的なディスプレイ画面が自動的に先に進められること、
を特徴とするシステム。 - 請求項11において請求されたシステムにおいて、前記対象の一部の画像を取り込む前記手段は、前記コンピュータに接続されるX線透視装置を備えること、
を特徴とするシステム。 - 請求項11または請求項12において請求されたシステムにおいて、
前記インプラント処置の前記対象の一部に対する前記選択されたインプラント装置の位置を決定するための手段は、
前記コンピュータに接続される双眼視覚システム、および
手術装置に接続され、前記手術装置の方向ならびに位置を識別するための光反射基準ツールを備えること、
を特徴とするシステム。 - 請求項11から請求項13のいずれかにおいて請求されたシステムであって、さらに、リモートデータ源と前記コンピュータを接続するデータネットワークを備えること、
を特徴とするシステム。 - 請求項14において請求されたシステムにおいて、前記データネットワークは、インターネットであること、
を特徴とするシステム。 - 請求項11から請求項15のいずれかにおいて請求されたシステムにおいて、前記処置の個別のステップが完了した旨の入力は、前記コンピュータに接続される手動入力装置を用いて選択可能な視覚的アイコンによって入力されること、
を特徴とするシステム。 - 請求項11から請求項15のいずれかにおいて請求されたシステムにおいて、前記処置の個別のステップが完了した旨の入力は、前記コンピュータに接続される足踏み式入力装置を用いて選択可能な視覚的アイコンによって入力されること、
を特徴とするシステム。
