Claims (11)
- フラット管端部(6b)を有するフラット管(6)とフィン(7)および特に通路(9)として形成された切欠きを有する管底(8)からなり、前記切欠き内にフラット管端部(6b)が収容されて、半田づけされている熱伝達体ブロックと、
特に管底(8)上に取付け可能な集合ケース(14)と、
フラット管端部(6b)の流入領域内で流れを方向変換させるための手段と、
を有する、特に自動車の過給空気クーラーのための熱伝達体において、
流れを方向変換させる手段(方向変換手段2)とフラット管端部を補強する手段(補強手段4)が、統合された構成部品(1)として形成されていることを特徴とする熱伝達体。 - 方向変換手段(2)と補強手段(4)が、金属の材料、特にアルミニウム材料から形成され、かつ
補強手段(4)が、フラット管端部(6b)と半田づけされていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の熱伝達体。 - 方向変換手段と補強手段(2、4)が、薄板プレートから形成されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の熱伝達体。
- 方向変換手段と補強手段(2、4)が、薄板から打抜き、刻印および縁の折返しによって形成されていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の熱伝達体。
- 補強手段(4)が、フラット管端部(6b)内へ差し込まれていることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の熱伝達体。
- 補強手段(4)が、フラット管端部(6b)の内側輪郭に、特にその幅狭側(6a)の領域において、適合されていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の熱伝達体。
- 補強手段が、U字プロフィール(4b)を有するフィンガー(4)として形成されていることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の熱伝達体。
- 補強手段(4)が、縦ウェブ(3)によって互いに結合されていることを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の熱伝達体。
- 方向変換手段が横ウェブ(2)として形成され、フラット管端部(6b)の間に配置されて、縦ウェブ(3)と結合されていることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の熱伝達体。
- 横ウェブ(2)が、外側へ湾曲したプロフィールを有し、かつフラット管端部(6b)のための流入漏斗(2c)を形成することを特徴とする請求項9に記載の熱伝達体。
- 統合された構成部品(1、2、3、4)が、少なくとも2つのフラット管端部(6b)内へ差込み可能であることを特徴とする請求項1から10のいずれか1項に記載の熱伝達体。
