Claims (16)
- ケーシング(10)内に湿度を有する空気を流入させるためのファン(77)と、前記ファン(77)により流入される空気を凝結させるための蒸発器(75)と、前記蒸発器(75)と連結される凝縮器(73)と、前記蒸発器(75)及び凝縮器(73)に提供される冷媒を圧縮するための圧縮機(71)とを含む飲料水凝結システム(70)と、
前記蒸発器の下部に設置され、蒸発器の表面に凝結されて落下する飲料水を集水する集水タンク(50)と、
前記集水タンク(50)に流入される飲料水を殺菌するための殺菌手段(60)と、
前記集水タンク(50)に集水される飲料水を浄水するための浄水システム(40)と、
前記浄水システム(40)を通過し浄水された飲料水を保管する飲料水タンク(20)と、
前記集水タンク(50)と浄水システム(40)とを連結する第1給水管(57)と、
浄水システム(40)と飲料水タンク(20)とを連結する第2給水管(58)と、
前記集水タンク(50)から前記浄水システム(40)を通過し、前記第1給水管(57)または前記第2給水管(58)のいずれかに設置される給水ポンプ(65)と、
前記飲料水タンク(20)からの水を加熱または冷却させ、外部に提供するための温水装置(30)及び冷水装置(35)と、
前記浄水システム(40)、前記飲料水凝結システム(70)、前記殺菌手段(60)、前記給水ポンプ(65)、前記温水装置(30)及び前記冷水装置(35)の作動を制御するマイコンと、を含む飲料水生成装置において、
前記飲料水タンク(20)から集水タンク(50)へ水を復帰させるための戻り管(90)が備えられ、水の循環が連続的に行われるよう構成されることを特徴とする循環式飲料水生成装置。 - 前記戻り管(90)には、紫外線殺菌ランプ(91)が設置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の循環式飲料水生成装置。
- 前記戻り管(90)には、飲料水タンク(20)から下降する水の流速を低減させるための減速弁(92)が設置されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の循環式飲料水生成装置。
- 前記戻り管(90)には、集水タンク(50)の満水時に、または飲料水タンク(20)の貯水量の低下時にオン/オフされる電子弁(93)が設置されることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の循環式飲料水生成装置。
- 前記戻り管(90)の上部には、飲料水タンク(20)からの水圧を感知し、前記電子弁(93)を制御するための流速感知センサー(94)が設置されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の循環式飲料水生成装置。
- 前記電子弁(93)は、集水タンクに設置される水位感知センサー(53)の信号に応じて、自動的に閉じられるよう制御されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の循環式飲料水生成装置。
- 前記浄水システム(40)と飲料水タンク(20)とを連結する第2給水管(58)に、紫外線殺菌ランプ(58a)がさらに設置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の循環式飲料水生成装置。
- 前記戻り管(90)は、集水タンク(50)の上部に設置される殺菌手段(60)に連結されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の循環式飲料水生成装置。
- 前記戻り管(90)には、冷水装置の冷水タンク(38)と連結され、マイコンによってオン/オフされる電子弁(96a)が設置された冷水戻り枝管(96)が連結されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の循環式飲料水生成装置。
- 前記冷水戻り枝管(96)の電子弁(96a)は、周期的に、または使用頻度の少ない絶対時間帯に、所定時間開閉されるよう制御されることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の循環式飲料水生成装置。
- 前記冷水戻り枝管(96)の電子弁(96a)は、照度感知センサーによって、夜間感知時、所定時間開閉されるよう制御されることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の循環式飲料水生成装置。
- 前記戻り管(90)には、温水装置の温水タンク(33)に連結され、マイコンによって制御される電子弁(98a)が設置された温水戻り枝管(98)が連結されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の循環式飲料水生成装置。
- 前記温水戻り枝管(98)の電子弁(98a)は、温水スイッチがオフとなり、温水装置(30)の非稼動時、周期的に所定時間開閉されるよう制御されることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の循環式飲料水生成装置。
- 前記第1給水管(57)には、外部の飲料水供給源から前記浄水システム(40)へ飲料水を供給するための外部原水供給管(81)が連結され、前記外部原水供給管(81)には、電子弁(83)と、水圧によって前記電子弁(83)のオン/オフを制御するための電子弁保護手段を有する補助飲料水供給手段(80)とが備えられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の循環式飲料水生成装置。
- 前記電子弁保護手段は、前記外部原水供給管(81)の水圧感知センサー(85)でなり、
前記電子弁(83)は、前記水圧感知センサー(85)の低圧感知信号の発生時、電源が遮断されるよう制御されることを特徴とする請求項14に記載の循環式飲料水生成装置。 - 前記電子弁保護手段として、電子弁(83)に別途のスイッチ(87)が設けられることを特徴とする請求項14に記載の循環式飲料水生成装置。
