Claims (4)
- Si:0.1重量%以下、Fe:0.2重量%以下、Cu:0.07〜0.15重量%、Mn:0.1〜0.15重量%、Mg:1.2〜1.3重量%、Cr:0.07〜0.12重量%、Zn:5.7〜5.9重量%、Ti:0.015〜0.04重量%、不可避な不純物:0.15重量%以下を含有し、且つ、残部がAlよりなるアルミニウム合金をビレットに鋳造する段階と、
前記鋳造されたビレットを所定の形状に押出して押出品を得る段階と、
前記押出品を固溶体化処理した後、人工時効硬化させるT6熱処理段階と、
前記押出品を170℃〜180℃の温度下、1時間〜3時間に亘って人工時効硬化させる過時効熱処理段階と、
を含むことを特徴とする、加工性が向上した自動車用のヘッドレストフレーム用高強度アルミニウム合金素材の製造方法。 - 前記T6熱処理段階は、
前記押出品を固溶体化処理した後、所定の製品の形状に合わせて引抜き作業を行い、次いで、人工時効硬化させることにより行われることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の加工性が向上した自動車用のヘッドレストフレーム用高強度アルミニウム合金素材の製造方法。 - 前記引抜き作業において、
引抜き前の断面積に対する引抜き後の断面積の縮小比である引抜き比が4%となることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の加工性が向上した自動車用のヘッドレストフレーム用高強度アルミニウム合金素材の製造方法。 - 前記T6熱処理段階において、
人工時効硬化過程は、120℃下、20時間加熱することにより行われることを特徴とする、請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載の、加工性が向上した自動車用ヘッドレストフレーム用高強度アルミニウム合金素材の製造方法。
