Claims (2)
- 厚い円筒部材とその内周面に形成した薄い円筒部材とが一体となっている複層筒状圧粉体の成形において、厚い円筒部材の上端上方又は下端下方のキャビティ内に粉末を充填し、充填された粉末をキャビティ内に閉塞させ、薄い円筒部材用のパンチを相対的に移動させて前記厚い円筒部材の内周面に薄いキャビティを形成しながらパンチを操作して前記粉末を前記薄いキャビティ内に順次移動させて圧密し、前記厚い円筒部材の端面にパンチが到達したとき成形を終了することを特徴とする複層筒状圧粉体の成形方法。
- 前記厚い円筒部材の上端上方又は下端下方のキャビティ内に充填する粉末の量を、前記厚い円筒部材の内周面に形成される前記薄い円筒部材の所要量より多くし、前記厚い円筒部材の上又は下に残存した粉末を介して前記厚い円筒部材の端面にパンチが到達したとき成形を終了することを特徴とする請求項1記載の複層筒状圧粉体の成形方法。
