Description
Claims (2)
- 接触による操作と非接触による操作との両方に対して使用され得るデータキャリアのためのモジュールであって、
前記モジュールは、組み込みコンポーネントを含み、該組み込みコンポーネントが、前記接触による操作のために使用されると共に通信局の対向コンタクトと導電性接続されたコンポーネント接続部を有し、且つ、前記非接触による操作のために使用されると共に非接触態様で動作する送信手段の対向コンタクトと導電性接続されたコンポーネント接続部を有し、
前記モジュールは、内側面と外側面とを有する基板を備え、
前記外側面上には、前記それぞれの対向コンタクトに接触可能なモジュール接続コンタクトを備えるコンタクト領域を有し、且つ、前記内側面上には、補助接続コンタクトを有し、
前記接触による操作のために使用される各々のコンポーネント接続部は、前記コンタクト領域の前記モジュール接続コンタクトと導電性接続され、前記非接触による操作のために使用される各々のコンポーネント接続部も、前記コンタクト領域の前記モジュール接続コンタクトと導電性接続され、前記非接触による操作のために使用される各々のコンポーネント接続部は、前記補助接続コンタクトにも導電性接続され、各々の前記補助接続コンタクトは、非接触態様で動作するように設計された前記送信手段の前記対向コンタクトと導電性接続されることを目的とし設計され、
前記基板は、その内側面上に、第一の接続アイレットと一の横方向突出バーとを備えた第一の回路ボード構成体を有し、前記第一の接続アイレットおよび前記一の横方向突出バーは、前記非接触による操作に利用されるコンポーネント接続部の一つと前記補助接続コンタクトの一つとの前記導電性接続に使用可能であり、
前記基板は、その内側面上に、第三の接続アイレットと他の横方向突出バーとを備えた第二の回路ボード構成体を有し、前記第三の接続アイレットおよび前記他の横方向突出バーは、前記非接触による操作に利用される他のコンポーネント接続部と前記補助接続コンタクトの他の一つとの前記導電性接続に使用可能であるモジュール。 - 前記非接触による操作のために使用される前記コンポーネント接続部の1つを、前記モジュールの内側面上に設けられ、前記基板に接続された前記第一の回路ボード構成体の前記第一の接続アイレットに接続する第一のボンディングワイヤと、
前記第一の回路ボード構成体の第二の接続アイレットに接続され、前記基板の第一の穴を介して対応する前記モジュール接続コンタクトに接続される第二のボンディングワイヤと、
前記非接触による操作のために使用される他のコンポーネント接続部を前記モジュールの前記内側面に設けられ、前記基板に接続された前記第二の回路ボード構成体の前記第三の接続アイレットに接続する第三のボンディングワイヤと、
前記第二の回路ボード構成体の第四の接続アイレットに接続され、前記基板の第二の穴を介して対応するモジュール接続コンタクトに接続される第四のボンディングワイヤと、
をさらに備えた請求項1に記載のモジュール。
