Description
図4は、本発明の実施形態に係る送受信に同一のキャリア周波数を用いる無線装置における受信回路の原理を示す図である。本発明の実施形態に係る送受信に同一のキャリア周波数を用いる無線装置は、例えばRFIDタグリーダ/ライタに適用されるものであり、該RFIDタグリーダ/ライタにおける受信回路は、図4に示すように、アンテナ(図5参照)より入ってきたRF受信信号(Rx)をローカル(Lo)信号に基づいて復調する復調器DEM30と、DSP(DigitalSignal Processor)(図5参照)のトリガーによりサンプリングを行い、前記復調器30の復調信号に含まれる直流成分を記憶・保持するサンプル・ホールド回路SH23と、記憶・保持された直流成分を反転入力端に加え、また振幅変調された受信信号成分を非反転入力端に加えて差動増幅し出力する差動増幅器24を備えて構成される。
Claims (3)
- 復調器と、サンプル・ホールド回路と、差動増幅回路と、を備え、
前記復調器は、RFIDタグから、送信信号と同一の周波数の搬送波で送信されてくる無線信号を復調し、
前記サンプル・ホールド回路は、RFIDタグに対してコマンドを送信した後で、前記RFIDタグから前記コマンドに対する応答信号を受信していない期間でかつ、次のコマンドの送信を開始するまでの期間に前記復調器から得られる復調信号の直流成分をサンプル・ホールドし、
前記差動増幅回路は前記サンプル・ホールド回路がホールドした直流成分を除去して前記復調器から所望の信号成分を増幅出力することを特徴とする送受信に同一搬送波を用いるRFIDリーダ/ライタ装置。 - 送受信を制御する制御部を備え、前記制御部は、前記応答信号を受信していない期間において複数回前記サンプル・ホールド回路にサンプル・ホールド指令を与えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の送受信に同一搬送波を用いるRFIDリーダ/ライタ装置。
- 前記制御部は、前記コマンドの内容に応じてサンプル・ホールドするタイミングを変更することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の送受信に同一搬送波を用いるRFIDリーダ/ライタ装置。
