Description
各調整ナット14…は、圧受盤6の位置を調整する型厚調整機構15を構成する。この型厚調整機構15は、さらに、各調整ナット14…に対して同軸上に一体に設けた小歯車16…と、各小歯車16…に噛合する大歯車17と、この大歯車17に噛合する駆動歯車18と、この駆動歯車18を回転シャフトに設けた型厚調整モータ5と、この型厚調整モータ5の回転数を検出するロータリエンコーダ19を備える。
Claims (3)
- 生産稼働中における金型に対する型締力の変動量を検出し、かつ検出した変動量に基づいて前記型締力を補正する型締装置の型締力補正方法において、型締装置として、サーボモータにより回転駆動するトグル式型締装置を使用するとともに、前記変動量として、型締工程における金型タッチ位置により設定した高圧型締を開始する高圧型締切換位置から型締終了位置までの高圧型締区間における高圧型締に伴うトルク値を時間により積分して求める仕事量を使用し、予め、前記高圧型締区間における高圧型締に伴う基準となる仕事量(基準仕事量)を設定するとともに、生産稼働中に、前記高圧型締区間における高圧型締に伴う仕事量(検出仕事量)を検出し、この検出仕事量と前記基準仕事量の偏差に基づいて前記型締力を補正することを特徴とする型締装置の型締力補正方法。
- 前記偏差に対する許容範囲を設定し、前記偏差が前記許容範囲を越えたなら前記補正を行うことを特徴とする請求項1記載の型締装置の型締力補正方法。
- 前記補正は、前記偏差が解消する方向に型厚調整モータを駆動制御することにより圧受盤を移動させるとともに、前記偏差が解消する目標位置まで前記圧受盤を移動させたなら前記型厚調整モータを停止制御することを特徴とする請求項1記載の型締装置の型締力補正方法。
