支承シェルの第1の層の射出成形、次いで
前記第1の層上への電極の形成、次いで
前記第1の層及び前記電極上への、支承シェルの第2の層の射出成形によって行われるようになっている。
図1は、本発明に基づく玉継ぎ手の第1の実施例の部分的に破断して示す側面図であり、図2は、本発明に基づく玉継ぎ手の第2の実施例の支承シェルの部分的な断面図である。
Claims (17)
- 自動車用の玉継ぎ手であって、
ピン用開口部を備える玉継ぎ手ケーシング(1)を有しており、該玉継ぎ手ケーシング内に絶縁材料から成る支承シェル(5)を配置してあり、
ボール(2)及びピン(3)から成る導電材料製のボールピン(4)を有しており、該ボールピン(4)はボール(2)でもって支承シェル(5)内に回転可能及び旋回可能に支承されていて、かつピン(3)でもって玉継ぎ手ケーシング(1)の前記開口部を貫いて突出しており、ボールピンのボール(2)に対して間隔を置いて支承シェル(5)の壁内に電極(14)を配置してある形式のものにおいて、
電極(14)は支承シェル(5)を介してボールピンのボール(2)に対しても玉継ぎ手ケーシング(1)に対しても電気的に絶縁されており、ボールピンのボール(2)と玉継ぎ手ケーシング(1)との間の壁は、互いに重なり合う少なくとも2つの層(12,13)から成っており、該層間に電極(14)を配置してあり、2つの層(12,13)に電極(14)が完全に取り囲まれていることを特徴とする自動車用の玉継ぎ手。 - 電極(14)は金属製のシートとして形成されている請求項1に記載の玉継ぎ手。
- シートは両方の層のうちの第1の層(12)に接着されている請求項2に記載の玉継ぎ手。
- 電極(14)は導電性の塗料から成っている請求項1に記載の玉継ぎ手。
- 電極(14)は両方の層のうちの第1の層(12)の金属被覆として形成されている請求項1に記載の玉継ぎ手。
- 金属被覆は銅から成っている請求項5に記載の玉継ぎ手。
- 金属被覆は、金又は金合金から成る被覆層若しくは銀又は銀合金から成る被覆層を含んでいる請求項5又は6に記載の玉継ぎ手。
- ボールピン(4)はボール(2)とピン(3)との間の移行部領域で電気絶縁性の材料から成るカラー(11)によって取り囲まれている請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の玉継ぎ手。
- ボールピンのピン(3)は、少なくともボール(2)とは逆の側の端部領域で電気絶縁性の材料によって環状に取り囲まれている請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載の玉継ぎ手。
- 玉継ぎ手ケーシング(1)に貫通孔(15)を設けてあり、貫通孔は該貫通孔内を延びる導線(16)を受容しており、導線は電極(14)に接続されている請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載玉継ぎ手。
- 玉継ぎ手用の絶縁性のプラスチックから成る支承シェルの製造のための方法において次の製造過程、即ち、
支承シェルの第1の層の射出成形、
前記第1の層上への電極の形成、並びに
前記第1の層及び前記電極上への、支承シェルの第2の層の射出成形から成っており、
前記第2の層の射出成形において、前記電極が前記支承シェルを介して前記玉継ぎ手のボールピンのボールに対しても前記玉継ぎ手の玉継ぎ手ケーシングに対しても電気的に絶縁されるように、前記電極を前記第1の層及び第2の層によって完全に取り囲むことを特徴とする、玉継ぎ手用の支承シェルの製造のための方法。 - 電極として金属製のシートを用いる請求項11に記載の方法。
- 電極を第1の層に接着する請求項12に記載の方法。
- 電極を第1の層への導電性の塗料の塗布によって形成する請求項11に記載の方法。
- 電極を第1の層の少なくとも一部分の金属被覆によって形成する請求項11に記載の方法。
- 電極を銅から成形する請求項15に記載の方法。
- 電極に、金又は金合金から成る被覆層若しくは銀又は銀合金から成る被覆層を備える請求項15又は16に記載の方法。
