Claims (10)
- 患者の容態を検出する容態検出手段と、
電源と照明灯との間に接続された負荷電力調整スイッチと、
前記容態検出手段及び前記負荷電力調整スイッチに接続され、前記容態検出手段からの出力信号に基づき前記負荷電力調整スイッチの出力電圧の大きさと電流の位相を変化させることにより、前記照明灯の輝度を調整する制御手段と、を有する患者容態報知システム。 - 前記負荷電力調整スイッチは、少なくとも2つの逆導通型半導体スイッチと、電流遮断時の電流の磁気エネルギーを蓄積して前記照明灯に回生するためのコンデンサと、を有し、前記逆導通型半導体スイッチのゲート位相を制御することで、前記照明灯に供給する負荷電力を調整することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の患者容態報知システム。
- 前記容態検出手段が、血圧計、脈拍計、心電計、筋電計、脳波計、呼吸検出器、排泄物検出器のうち少なくともいずれか1つである請求項1に記載の患者容態報知システム。
- 前記容態検出手段からの出力信号に応じて前記患者の容態異常を判断すると共に、
該容態異常時に、容態異常を指標する容態異常信号を出力する容態判定手段を更に有する請求項1乃至請求項3に記載の患者容態報知システム。 - 前記容態異常信号に基づき異常報知する異常報知手段を更に有する請求項4に記載の患者容態報知システム。
- 前記照明灯は、誘導性負荷を有する照明灯、誘導性負荷に接続された照明灯、又は抵抗性負荷を有する照明灯であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の患者容態報知システム。
- 前記誘導性負荷を有する照明灯は、放電灯であることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の患者容態報知システム。
- 前記放電灯は、蛍光灯、水銀灯、又はナトリウム灯であることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の患者容態報知システム。
- 前記誘導性負荷に接続された照明灯は、白熱灯又はLEDにリアクトルを接続したものであることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の患者容態報知システム。
- 前記抵抗性負荷を有する照明灯は、白熱灯、又はLED等であることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の患者容態報知システム。
