Description
ドラムの外表面に隣接する一つの面を有する未加硫のゴム層を設ける工程と、
ドラムとハウジングの間のスペースを取り囲むようにシールを膨張させる工程と、
ハウジングとドラムの間のスペースを加圧する工程と、
ドラムを加熱し、それによってゴム層を、ドラムの外表面に隣接する面を、その反対側の面上よりも十分に加硫するように加熱する工程と、
ドラムを冷却し、それによってゴム層を冷却する工程と、
ゴム層が冷却された後にスペース内の圧力を解除する工程とを含む方法である。

Claims (3)
- タイヤ用のインナーライナーの製造方法において、
第1の面とその反対側の面とを有する未加硫ゴム層を形成する工程と、
前記ゴム層を加圧する工程と、
前記ゴム層を、前記反対側の面上よりも前記第1の面上でより十分に加硫するように前記第1の面から加熱する工程と、
前記ゴム層を冷却する工程と、
前記ゴム層の冷却後に、前記ゴム層に加えられている圧力を解除する工程とを含むことを特徴とするタイヤ用のインナーライナーの製造方法。 - タイヤ用のインナーライナーの加硫装置において、
内表面と外表面とを有するドラムと、
前記ドラムの内表面上の熱交換室と、
前記ドラムを囲むハウジングと、
前記ドラムの前記外表面と前記ハウジングの間のスペースと、
膨張させられることで拡大し前記ドラムと前記ハウジングの間の前記スペースを取り囲むように、前記ハウジングの内部の両端にある膨張可能なシールと、
前記スペースにガスを供給して前記スペースを加圧するガス流入口と、
熱交換室と連通する、前記ドラムを加熱する熱源と、
前記熱交換室と連通する、前記ドラムを冷却する冷却剤源とを有することを特徴とするタイヤ用のインナーライナーの加硫装置。 - タイヤ用のインナーライナーの加硫方法において、
内表面と外表面とを有するドラムと、前記ドラムの内表面上の熱交換室と、前記ドラムの前記外表面とハウジングの間にスペースをおいて前記ドラムを囲むハウジングと、膨張させられることで拡大し前記ドラムと前記ハウジングの間の前記スペースを取り囲むように、前記ハウジングの両端にある膨張可能なシールと、前記スペースにガスを供給して前記スペースを加圧するガス流入口と、熱交換室と連通する、前記ドラムを加熱する熱源と、前記熱交換室と連通する、前記ドラムを冷却する冷却剤源とを有する装置を設ける工程と、
前記ドラムの外表面上に未加硫のゴム層を設ける工程と、
前記ドラムと前記ハウジングの間の前記スペースを取り囲むように前記シールを膨張させる工程と、
前記スペースと前記ゴム層とを加圧するために前記スペースにガスを供給する工程と、
前記ドラムを加熱し、それによって前記ゴム層を該ドラムに隣接する面上で、その反対側の面上よりも十分に加硫するように、前記ドラムに隣接する面から加熱する工程と、
前記ドラムを冷却し、それによって前記ゴム層を冷却する工程と、
前記ゴム層の冷却時に前記スペース内の圧力を解除する工程とを含むことを特徴とするタイヤ用のインナーライナーの加硫方法。
