Description
500〜700℃で焼成されて成る結晶性鉱物である、セピオライト、パリゴルスカイトまたはモンモリロナイトにフェロモンを含有させて成ることを特徴とする徐放性フェロモン製剤である。
(1)前記フェロモンが、天然フェロモンおよび/または合成フェロモンである徐放性フェロモン製剤。
(2)前記フェロモンの含有量が、前記セピオライト、パリゴルスカイトまたはモンモリロナイトと前記フェロモンとの合計質量に対して、1〜30質量%である徐放性フェロモン製剤。
表1に示す結晶性粘土鉱物それぞれ95質量部に、フェロモンとして、(Z)−8−ドデセニルアセテート(Z−8−12AC)5質量部を含浸させて製剤を製造した。なお、使用した結晶性粘土鉱物は焼成することなく、105℃で24時間、乾燥したもの(未焼成品)と、電気炉によって500℃で30分間、焼成したもの(焼成品)との二例とした。
実施例1〜2で製造された製剤各10gをシャーレに均一に広げ、40℃、無風条件下、恒温器に設置した。設置14日後、30日後にサンプリングし、ガスクロマトグラフィーにより各々についてフェロモンを定量した。その値から、フェロモン残存率(%)を算出した。結果を表2および図1に示す。表2および図1には、前記未焼成品と焼成品との双方を用いたときの結果を示している。
表3に示す結晶性粘土鉱物それぞれに水を加えて混練し、得られた混練物を打錠機によって円柱状(直径10×長さ7mm)の成型体にした。次いで、この成型体95質量部に、フェロモンとして、(Z)−8−ドデセニルアセテート(Z−8−12AC)5質量部を混合し、含浸させて製剤を製造した。このとき、結晶性粘土鉱物の成型体は焼成することなく、105℃で24時間、乾燥したもの(未焼成品)と、電気炉によって500℃で30分間、焼成したもの(焼成品)との二例とした。
実施例3〜5で製造された製剤3粒を、無風条件下、40℃恒温器に設置した。設置14日後、30日後にサンプリングし、ガスクロマトグラフィーにより各フェロモンを定量した。その値から、各製剤中のフェロモン残存率(%)を算出した。結果を表4および図2に示す。
セピオライトに水を加えて混練し、得られた混練物を転動造粒機を用いて直径4mmの球状に成型し、電気炉によって500℃で30分間、焼成した。このセピオライト成型体89質量部に、フェロモンとして、(Z)−11−ヘキサデセニルアセテート(Z−11−16AC)46質量部、(Z)−11−ヘキサデセナール(Z−11−16AL)46質量部および酸化防止剤と紫外線防止剤との混合物11質量部を含浸させて、徐放性フェロモン製剤であるコナガ用交信撹乱剤を製造した。
市販のコナガ用交信撹乱剤として、商品名「コナガコン」(信越化学工業株式会社製、ポリエチレンチューブにフェロモンとして、Z−11−16ACおよびZ−11−16ALを封入した製剤)を用意した。
実施例6で製造されたコナガ用交信撹乱剤30粒と比較例1で用意した製剤10本とを、気温の異なる6〜9月、11月〜翌年の2月の二時期、立ち入り禁止区域とされた野外に設置し、定期的にサンプリングし、ガスクロマトグラフィーにより各コナガ用交信撹乱剤中のフェロモンを定量した。その値から、各コナガ用交信撹乱剤中のフェロモン残存率(%)を算出した。結果を表5、図3および図4に示す。表5、図3および図4における温度は、設置期間中の平均気温である。
(実施例7)
セピオライトに水を加えて混練し、得られた混練物を転動造粒機で直径10mmの球状に成型した後、電気炉によって500℃で30分間、焼成した。このセピオライト成型体90質量部に、n−ドデシルアセテート(n−12AC)10質量部を含浸させて、徐放性フェロモン製剤であるオキナワカンシャクシコメツキ用誘引剤を製造した。
市販のオキナワカンシャクシコメツキ用誘引剤として、商品名「オキメラノコール」(サンケイ化学株式会社製、ポリエチレンチューブにフェロモンを封入した製剤)を用意した。
実施例7で製造されたオキナワカンシャクシコメツキ用誘引剤30粒と比較例2で用意した製剤とをそれぞれ、立ち入り禁止区域とされた圃場におけるガラスハウス内に設置した。これらを定期的にサンプリングし、ガスクロマトグラフィーにより各オキナワカンシャクシコメツキ用交信撹乱剤中のフェロモンの残存量を定量した。その値から、各オキナワカンシャクシコメツキ用交信撹乱剤中のフェロモン揮散量(mg)を算出した。結果を表6および図5に示す。
セピオライトに水を加えて混練し、得られた混練物を打錠機によって円柱状(直径10×長さ150mm)の成型体にした。この成型体を電気炉によって500℃で30分間、焼成した。このセピオライト成型体79質量部に、フェロモンとして、(Z)−11−ヘキサデセニルアセテート(Z−11−16AC)46質量部、(Z)−11−ヘキサデセナール(Z−11−16AL)46質量部および酸化防止剤と紫外線防止剤との混合物21質量部を含浸させて、徐放性フェロモン製剤であるコナガ用交信撹乱剤を製造した。
市販のコナガ用交信撹乱剤として、商品名「コナガコン」(信越化学工業株式会社製、ポリエチレンチューブにフェロモンとして、Z−11−16AC、Z−11−16ALを封入した製剤)を用意した。
実施例8で製造された円柱状のコナガ用交信撹乱剤1本を、土壌表面に深さ7cm程度、挿して設置した。比較例3は、土壌固定用竹杭の先端に装着して設置した。これらを6〜8月の3ヶ月間、立ち入り禁止区域とされた野外に設置し、定期的にサンプリングし、ガスクロマトグラフィーにより各コナガ用交信撹乱剤中のフェロモン残存量を定量した。その値から、各コナガ用交信撹乱剤中のフェロモン残存率(%)を算出した。結果を表7、図6および図7に示す。
Claims (3)
- 500〜700℃で焼成されて成る結晶性鉱物である、セピオライト、パリゴルスカイトまたはモンモリロナイトにフェロモンを含有させて成ることを特徴とするフェロモン徐放性製剤。
- 前記フェロモンが、天然フェロモンおよび/または合成フェロモンである請求項1に記載のフェロモン徐放性製剤。
- 前記フェロモンの含有量が、前記セピオライト、パリゴルスカイトまたはモンモリロナイトと前記フェロモンとの合計質量に対して、1〜30質量%である請求項1または2に記載のフェロモン徐放性製剤。
