Description
本発明は軟質熱可塑性材料を硬質熱可塑性材料に付着するための方法を提供する。一実施形態では、熱可塑性ポリウレタンからなる熱可塑性材料は、ポリエステルとポリカーボネートからなる熱可塑性アロイに付着させることができる。他の実施形態では、スチレン系熱可塑性エラストマーと熱可塑性ポリウレタンを含む熱可塑性エラストマーアロイは、ポリエステルとポリカーボネートからなる熱可塑性アロイに付着させることができる。その材料は、射出成形、押し出し法、或いは多筒射出成形及び共押し出し法を含む熱可塑性物質の加工に関する当該技術分野で既知の他のプロセスなどにより付着させることができる。例えば、1の材料は、射出成形(インサート成形又は2ショットで)、押し出し法(又は共押し出し法)、又は何らかの方法による熱的処理ができ、第2の材料と熱的作用又は化学的作用で付着できる。
Claims (27)
- ポリエステルと、ポリカーボネートと、を含む熱可塑性アロイを含む基材、及び、
前記基材の少なくとも一部に配置された、熱可塑性ポリウレタンと、スチレン系熱可塑性エラストマーと、を含む熱可塑性材料からなる外面層
を有する成形品であって、
前記ポリエステルが、多価アルコールとポリカルボン酸との反応生成物であり、
前記ポリカーネートが、ビスフェノールAポリカーボネートであり、そして、
前記スチレン系熱可塑性エラストマーが、スチレン−ブタジエン−スチレン共重合体、スチレン−イソプレン−スチレン共重合体、スチレン−エチレン/ブチレン−スチレン共重合体、及び、スチレン−エチレン/プロピレン−スチレン共重合体からなる群から選択されたスチレン系ブロック共重合体である
ことを特徴とする成形品。 - 前記スチレン系ブロック共重合体が、スチレン−エチレン/ブチレン−スチレン共重合
体から選択される請求項1に記載の成形品。 - 前記ポリエステルが、アルカンジオールとテレフタル酸との反応生成物である請求項1
に記載の成形品。 - 前記ポリエステルが、ポリエチレンテレフタレート及びポリブチレンテレフタレートか
ら選択される請求項1に記載の成形品。 - 前記ポリエステルが、ポリブチレンテレフタレートである請求項1に記載の成形品。

前記ポリカーネートが、ビスフェノールAポリカーボネートであり、そして、
前記スチレン系熱可塑性エラストマーが、スチレン−ブタジエン−スチレン共重合体、スチレン−イソプレン−スチレン共重合体、スチレン−エチレン/ブチレン−スチレン共重合体、及び、スチレン−エチレン/プロピレン−スチレン共重合体からなる群から選択されたスチレン系ブロック共重合体である
ことを特徴とする製造方法。 - 前記スチレン系ブロック共重合体が、スチレン−エチレン/ブチレン−スチレン共重合

ポリエステルと、ポリカーボネートと、を含む熱可塑性アロイを含む本体、
前記本体の少なくとも一部に配置された、熱可塑性ポリウレタンと、スチレン系熱可塑性エラストマーと、を含む熱可塑性材料層、及び、
前記本体の対側から突き出され、かつ、前記モジュール式チェーンリンクが隣接するリンクと結合できるように互いに離間して配された複数のリンク端を含み、
前記ポリエステルが、多価アルコールとポリカルボン酸との反応生成物であり、
前記ポリカーネートが、ビスフェノールAポリカーボネートであり、そして、
前記スチレン系熱可塑性エラストマーが、スチレン−ブタジエン−スチレン共重合体、スチレン−イソプレン−スチレン共重合体、スチレン−エチレン/ブチレン−スチレン共重合体、及び、スチレン−エチレン/プロピレン−スチレン共重合体からなる群から選択されたスチレン系ブロック共重合体である
ことを特徴とするモジュール式チェーンリンク。 - 前記スチレン系ブロック共重合体が、スチレン−エチレン/ブチレン−スチレン共重合
体から選択される請求項19に記載のモジュール式チェーンリンク。 - 前記ポリエステルが、アルカンジオールとテレフタル酸との反応生成物である請求項19に記載のモジュール式チェーンリンク。
- 前記ポリエステルが、ポリエチレンテレフタレート及びポリブチレンテレフタレートか
ら選択される請求項19に記載のモジュール式チェーンリンク。 - 前記ポリエステルが、ポリブチレンテレフタレートである請求項19に記載のモジュール式チェーンリンク。
- 前記ポリカーボネートが、ビスフェノールAと炭酸ジフェニルとの反応生成物である請求項19に記載のモジュール式チェーンリンク。
- 前記熱可塑性アロイが、ポリブチレンテレフタレートと、ビスフェノールAポリカーボネートと、を含む請求項19に記載のモジュール式チェーンリンク。
- 前記熱可塑性材料層が、40−70の範囲のショアA硬度を有する請求項19に記載のモジュール式チェーンリンク。
- 前記基材が、前記熱可塑性材料層より高い硬度を有する請求項19に記載のモジュール式チェーンリンク。
