Claims (13)
- ランダム振動の周波数スペクトルと尖度の両方を同時に制御するためのシステムであって、
テスト対象物の移動を測定するための少なくとも1つのトランスデューサと、
アナログの移動信号をデジタル信号に変換するアナログ−デジタル(A/D)変換器と、
前記移動信号をパワースペクトル密度(PSD)表現に変換するための第1の変換器と、
望ましい駆動PSDを誤差について補正するために前記信号PSDを基準PSDと比較する第1の比較器と、
前記移動信号を尖度値に変換する第2の変換器と、
ノイズ発生器からの出力の尖度を誤差について補正するために前記尖度を基準値と比較する第2の比較器と
前記第2の比較器の出力によって設定された尖度を有するノイズ発生器と、
前記望ましい駆動PSDをフィルタ関数に変換する第3の変換器と、
デジタル駆動信号を生成するために前記ノイズ発生器からの出力の周波数スペクトルを成形するフィルタと、
振動発生器を駆動するために前記駆動信号をアナログ信号に変換するデジタル−アナログ(D/A)変換器と、
を含むシステム。 - 追加の変換器が前記デジタル駆動信号をPSD表現に変換し、
前記第1の比較器が、前記信号PSDと前記実際の駆動PSDとの比率を用いて、望ましい駆動PSDを誤差について補正することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の振動制御システム。 - 前記第1の変換器は、前記駆動信号と前記移動信号との間の交差スペクトル密度を求めることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の振動制御システム。
- 前記第1の比較器は、前記交差スペクトル密度を用いて前記望ましい駆動PSDを誤差について補正することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の振動制御システム。
- ランダム処理の周波数スペクトルと尖度とを同時に成形するための方法であって、
規定の尖度を有する非正規白色ノイズを発生させる段階と、
線形フィルタを用いて非正規白色ノイズをフィルタ処理する段階と、
を含む方法。 - 望ましい周波数スペクトルを得るために前記線形フィルタを制御するように第1のフィードバック制御を調節する段階と、
前記望ましい尖度を得るために前記非正規白色ノイズを調節するように第2のフィードバック制御を調節する段階と、
を更に含む、ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載のランダム処理の周波数スペクトルと尖度とを同時に成形するための方法。 - 可変尖度を有する、ゼロ平均、定数分散の白色ノイズ源を生成するための方法であって、
ゼロ平均、単位分散の正規白色ノイズ源の振幅を変調変数によって変調する段階を含む方法。 - 前記変調変数は確定的シーケンスであることを特徴とする請求項7に記載のゼロ平均、定数分散の白色ノイズ源を生成するための方法。
- 前記変調変数が擬似ランダムシーケンスである請求項7に記載のゼロ平均、定数分散の白色ノイズ源を生成するための方法。
- 前記変調変数はランダムシーケンスである請求項7に記載のゼロ平均、定数分散の白色ノイズ源を生成するための方法。
- 前記変調変数はフィルタ処理された加法性ランダムショットノイズを有する一定の基線レベルである請求項10に記載のゼロ平均、定数分散の白色ノイズ源を生成するための方法。
- 前記加法性ショットノイズはフィルタ処理されていない請求項11に記載のゼロ平均、定数分散の白色ノイズ源を生成するための方法。
- パワースペクトル密度(PSD)と尖度の両方の同時制御を伴う、ランダム信号を制御するための方法であって、
トランスデューサを用いて制御信号を測定する段階と、
前記制御信号を制御PSDベクトルに変換する段階と、
補正済みPSDベクトルを提供するために前記制御PSDベクトルを基準PSDベクトルと比較する段階と、
前記補正済みPSDベクトルをフィルタ関数に変換する段階と、
前記制御信号を制御尖度値に変換する段階と、
補正済み尖度値を提供するために前記制御尖度値を基準尖度値と比較する段階と、
白色ノイズランダム発生器の尖度を前記補正済み尖度値によって調節する段階と、
前記フィルタ関数によって前記ランダム発生器から前記白色ノイズをフィルタ処理し、制御処理を駆動するのに用いられる出力信号を提供する段階と、
を含む方法。
