・可能な限り大きな容量
・噴射ノズルに可能な限り近接していること
・流れ抵抗が可能な限り小さいこと
・燃料噴射弁の外径が小さいこと
・簡単に製造/取り付け可能であること
高圧インジェクタの噴射ノズルの開閉時には、大きな振幅の圧力振動が発生する。この圧力振動は、配量特性および密閉部材の耐久性に対して悪影響を及ぼす。圧力振動の振幅を低減する有効な手段は、噴射ノズルに直接後置連通された、インジェクタ内部の燃料供給管路の容量を大きくすることである。というのも、圧力振動の大きさに対して、燃料の圧縮性および蓄積容量から得られる流体の蓄積作用は決定的であるからだ。
Claims (4)
- 配量装置であって、
内部のインジェクタボディ(21)と、噴射ノズル(10)と、燃料接続部(14)とを有し、
前記内部のインジェクタボディ(21)は、少なくとも1つのインジェクタ調整駆動装置(5)を放射状に包囲する形式のものにおいて、
カバー(2)が前記内部のインジェクタボディ(21)を少なくとも部分的に放射状に包囲し、前記カバー(2)と前記内部のインジェクタボディ(21)との間に、開放時ないしは閉鎖時に発生する圧力波を低いレベルまで低減できるような大きな燃料蓄積容量を有する、円周状のギャップによって形成された蓄積容量(12)が形成され、
前記蓄積容量(12)は、噴射ノズル(10)および燃料接続部(14)と、絞られずに流体的に連通されていることを特徴とする配量装置。 - 前記蓄積容量(12)は、複数の第1の供給孔(13)を介して噴射ノズル(10)と連通されている、請求項1記載の配量装置。
- 前記蓄積容量(12)は、複数の第2の供給孔(15)を介して燃料接続部(14)と連通されている、請求項1または2記載の配量装置。
- 請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の配量装置を製造するための方法において、
前記カバー(2)を、前記内部のインジェクタボディ(21)上に被覆した後、バルブグループ(1)およびインジェクタ底部(3)と溶接接合することを特徴とする方法。
