図1,図2は本発明の一実施形態にかかる電子部品(以下この実施形態では「回転式電子部品」という)10を示す図であり、図1は斜視図、図2(a)は平面図、図2(b)は側面図である。両図に示すように回転式電子部品10は、第一の電子部品本体部20の下側に第二の電子部品本体部30とプッシュロック機構部40とをこの順番で重ね合わせるとともに、第一の電子部品本体部20の上側にスペーサ部材50と軸受部材90とを重ね合わせ、さらに軸受部材90側からシャフト120を突出し、これら各部材を固定ピン130によって一体に固定して構成されている。以下各構成部品について説明する。

Claims (1)
- 内部から突出するシャフトを回転するか、あるいは前記シャフトを回転及びシャフトの軸方向に押圧することでその電気的出力を変化する電子部品と、基板とを具備し、
前記基板に設けた貫通部にその下側から前記電子部品のシャフトを挿入した状態で前記電子部品を前記基板に固定する基板への電子部品取付構造において、
前記電子部品は、前記シャフトを貫通して支持する軸受部材の下側にスペーサ部材と電子部品本体部とをこの順番で重ね合わせて一体に固定した構造であり、
前記スペーサ部材は、その側面から外方に向けて取付部を突出して設けてこの取付部の前記基板に対向する側の面を前記基板に取り付ける基板取付面とし、この基板取付面上に設けた係合部を前記基板に設けた基板係合部にスナップイン係合によって取り付け、
さらにスペーサ部材の電子部品本体部に対向する面に凹凸からなるクリック係合部を設けるとともに、電子部品本体部に前記クリック係合部に当接してシャフトの回動に従って回動することでクリック感覚を生じるクリック板を設置したことを特徴とする基板への電子部品取付構造。
