Claims (13)
- 入口ライン(12)と、出口ライン(13)と、第2のライン(11)との3方向接続用の圧力作動バルブ(10)であって、
入口(15)と、出口(16)と、第2の接続(17)とを具備する本体(14)を備え、該本体(14)は、さらに、前記第2の接続(17)と前記入口(15)及び前記出口(16)の両方との間に配置された密封シート(18)を具備し、前記本体(14)は、さらに、大気への開口(25)を具備し、
前記本体(14)は、前記大気への開口(25)を密封するダイアフラム(24)によってプラグシール(19)に柔軟に接続され、該プラグシール(19)は、前記密封シート(18)と、前記入口(15)及び前記出口(16)の両方との間に配置され、前記プラグシール(19)は、前記密封シート(18)から離隔した開位置と、前記密封シート(18)に接触し、これによって、前記第2の接続(17)を前記入口(15)及び前記出口(16)の両方から分離する閉位置との間で移動可能であるバルブ。 - 前記プラグシール(19)は、軸(23)に接続され、該軸(23)は、前記軸(23)が前記ダイアフラム(24)と前記プラグシール(19)との間に配置されるように前記ダイアフラム(24)に接続されている請求項1記載のバルブ。
