Description
本発明の目的は、バックラッシュを阻止するためにローラポンプで使用するためのインテリジェントで瞬間的なダイナミックブレーキを提供することである。
本発明の目的はまた、ローラが回転を停止した後、手動でポンプを動作させる能力を失うことのない、ローラポンプ中のインテリジェントで瞬間的なダイナミックブレーキを提供することである。
さらに、本発明は好ましい実施形態について説明されたが、種々の変形、変更が同様に可能であることは当業者には明白であろう。このような変形、変更は本発明の技術的範囲内に含まれるべきものであると考えられる。
Claims (9)
- ローラポンプ内に回転可能に支持され、外周部にローラを備えているロータと、
流体を伝送するために前記ロータによって加圧されるように配置されているフレキシブルなチューブにより構成された流体導管とを具備し、ロータのローラが前記フレキシブルなチューブの流体導管を加圧しながら回転することによって流体導管内の流体を駆動するように構成され、
さらに、前記ロータの回転を停止させるためのダイナミックブレーキと、
前記ロータの回転速度を測定するタコメータと、
ローラポンプ内の前記ロータの回転速度が予め定められたポンプの回転速度より低い速度に減速されるとき前記ダイナミックブレーキを付勢する手段と、
ロータの回転によって生成されて流体導管中に存在している回転と反対方向の圧力が低下した後にダイナミックブレーキの付勢を解除する手段とを具備し、
前記ダイナミックブレーキは前記ロータを回転しているモータの全ての相を同時にオンにすることによって付勢されるように構成されているローラポンプ。 - 測定されたロータ速度を予め定められたポンプ速度と比較することにより前記ロータが予め定められたロータ回転速度より低い速度に減速されたときにそれを決定する手段をさらに備えている請求項1記載のローラポンプ。
- ロータを回転させるように駆動するためにロータに結合されたモータと、

前記予め定められた時間は流体導管中に存在している回転と反対方向の圧力が低下するために必要な時間を表している請求項3記載のローラポンプ。 - ローラポンプ内に回転可能に支持され、外周部にローラを備えているロータと、流体を伝送するために前記ロータによって加圧されるように配置されているフレキシブルなチューブにより構成されている流体導管とを具備し、ロータのローラが前記フレキシブルなチューブの流体導管を加圧しながら回転することによって流体導管内の流体を駆動するように構成され、さらに、ロータを駆動するモータと、ダイナミックブレーキとを具備しているローラポンプにおけるバックラッシュを阻止する方法において、
タコメータを使用してロータの速度を測定し、
ローラポンプの回転しているロータの減速中に、制御装置によってロータの速度が予め定められたロータの速度のしきい値よりも小さいか否かを決定し、
制御装置によりロータの速度が予め定められたロータの回転速度のしきい値よりも小さいことが決定されたとき、ダイナミックブレーキを付勢し、
そのダイナミックブレーキは前記ロータを回転しているモータの全ての相を同時にオンにすることによって付勢され、
ダイナミックブレーキの付勢後の経過時間を制御装置によって測定し、
ロータの回転によって生成されて流体導管中に存在している回転と反対方向の圧力が低下している状態で予め定められた時間が経過した後に制御装置がダイナミックブレーキの
付勢を解除するステップを含んでいるローラポンプにおけるバックラッシュを阻止する方法。 - 前記ロータの速度が予め定められたロータ速度のしきい値よりも小さいか否かを決定するステップは、
制御装置によって測定されたロータ速度と予め定められたロータ速度しきい値とを比較するステップを含んでいる請求項5記載の方法。 - 前記ダイナミックブレーキを付勢するステップは、制御装置によってモータの巻線を短絡させるステップを含んでいる請求項5記載の方法。
- 前記予め定められた時間が経過した後にダイナミックブレーキの付勢を解除するステップは、制御装置によってモータの全ての相の付勢を解除させるステップを含んでいる請求項5記載の方法。
- さらに、前記予め定められた経過時間に等しい時間量を決定するためにタイマーを始動させ、
前記予め定められた時間の期間が経過したことを示すまでタイマーをデクリメントするステップを含んでいる請求項5記載の方法。
