- 質量%で,C:0.001〜0.02%,Si:0.01〜0.5%,Mn:2.2〜3%,P:0.001〜0.05%,S:0.0001〜0.005%,Cr:14〜18%,Ni:6〜9%,Cu:1〜3%,N:0.001〜0.02%を含有し,その他Feならびに不可避不純物からなるオーステナイト系ステンレス鋼板に下地皮膜としてフェノール樹脂+シラン化合物+リン酸成分からなる有機無機複合皮膜を10〜100mg/m2の割合で形成し,その上にウレタン樹脂+エポキシ樹脂+ポリオレフィンワックスからなる潤滑皮膜を0.5〜10μmの厚さに形成してなることを特長とする加工性に優れたステンレス鋼板。
- 質量%で,C:0.001〜0.02%,Si:0.01〜0.5%,Mn:2.2〜3%,P:0.001〜0.05%,S:0.0001〜0.005%,Cr:14〜18%,Ni:6〜9%,Mo:0.15〜0.5%,Cu:1〜3%,N:0.001〜0.02%を含有し,その他Feならびに不可避不純物からなるオーステナイト系ステンレス鋼板に下地皮膜としてフェノール樹脂+シラン化合物+リン酸成分からなる有機無機複合皮膜を10〜100mg/m2の割合で形成し,その上にウレタン樹脂+エポキシ樹脂+ポリオレフィンワックスからなる潤滑皮膜を0.5〜10μmの厚さに形成してなることを特長とする加工性に優れたステンレス鋼板。
- 潤滑皮膜表面の動摩擦係数が0.06以下であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の加工性に優れたステンレス鋼板。
- 皮膜形成前の鋼板の0.2%耐力が230MPa以下であることを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載の加工性に優れたステンレス鋼板。
