Description

[0001]
The present invention relates to an elevator safety system that operates a braking device at the time of abnormal acceleration of an elevator car, and more particularly to an elevator safety system that has high operating efficiency without unnecessarily operating the braking device.
[Background]
[0002]
Conventionally, in elevator systems, a safety device with an overspeed detection pattern has been provided, and when the elevator car speed is detected to be overspeed, the emergency stop provided on the governor is activated. (For example, refer to FIG. 11 of JP-A-2001-354372).
[0003]
In other words, the conventional system has a means for determining an overspeed detection pattern based on a parameter such as a car position, a means for detecting an overspeed state of an actual car speed with reference to this pattern, and an overspeed detection. And a speed governor that activates the emergency stop, and activates the emergency stop when the car speed exceeds the overspeed detection pattern. However, the conventional overspeed detection pattern is determined without considering that there is a case where it can be safely decelerated by the hoisting machine torque even when the elevator car is abnormally accelerated.
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
[0004]
As described above, the conventional elevator safety system determines the overspeed detection pattern without considering that it can be decelerated by the hoisting machine torque even when the car is abnormally accelerated, so it stops at the hoisting machine torque. In spite of being able to do so, there is a problem that a braking device such as a brake or an emergency stop is operated unnecessarily, which may cause discomfort to the passenger and may cause the passenger to be trapped in the car.
[0005]
The present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems, and an object of the present invention is to obtain an elevator safety system with high driving efficiency without unnecessarily operating a braking device.
[Means for Solving the Problems]
[0006]
An elevator safety system according to the present invention is an elevator safety system that includes a measuring device that detects an overspeed of an elevator car, and is configured to operate a plurality of different braking devices according to the degree of overspeed. Te, over speed detection pattern to be a criterion of the overspeed is in the deceleration region of the terminal landing near the basket consists of at least one pattern is continuously variable according to the position of the car, also overspeed detection pattern Is set so that the braking device does not operate unnecessarily even in consideration of disturbances assumed during normal traveling of the car and errors in the measuring device , and the overspeed detection pattern is at least one of the plurality of braking devices. So that one works normally and during car slowdown As the braking device other than the brake system does not operate to have, in which the operation delay of the braking device error or normal operation of the measuring instrument is set in consideration.
[0007]
The elevator safety system according to the present invention includes a measuring device that detects an overspeed state of an elevator car that is driven up and down by a hoisting machine, and at least one of the first and second braking devices according to the overspeed state. An elevator safety system that activates one of the first and the first margin set so as not to fall below a deceleration traveling pattern when the car decelerates normally toward the stop position on the terminal floor. Overspeed detection pattern and set with a second margin so that when the car cannot decelerate normally toward the stop position on the final floor, it will not fall below the decelerating pattern for decelerating by the hoisting machine torque The second overspeed detection pattern and the first overspeed detection pattern are not reduced below A third overspeed detection pattern set giving third margin, and a fourth over speed detection pattern set by applying a fourth margin so as not to fall below the second overspeed detection pattern And the first braking device is activated when the speed of the car exceeds both the first and second overspeed detection patterns, and the speed of the car exceeds the third and fourth overspeed detection patterns Sometimes the second braking device is activated .
