Description
化合物A/化合物Bのイソシアネート基=1.0/1.0〜1.2/1.0(但しモル比)(請求項1)。
フラスコにビスフェノールA型グリシジルエーテル(エポキシ当量=190)のアクリル酸エステル1048g(2モル)、ハイドロキノンモノメチルエーテル0.62g、キシリレンジイソシアネート188g(1モル)を仕込み、70〜80℃の条件にて残存イソシアネート濃度が0.1%になるまで反応させ、ウレタンアクリレートaを得た。
フラスコにビスフェノールA型グリシジルエーテル(エポキシ当量=190)のアクリル酸エステル1048g(2モル)、ハイドロキノンモノメチルエーテル0.65g、ジフェニルメタンジイソシアネート250g(1モル)を仕込み、70〜80℃の条件にて残存イソシアネート濃度が0.1%になるまで反応させ、ウレタンアクリレートbを得た。
フラスコにキシリレンジイソシアネート188g(1モル)、2−ヒドロキシプロピルアクリレート273g(2.1モル)およびハイドロキノンモノメチルエーテル0.23gを仕込み、合成例1と同様にして反応させ、ウレタンアクリレートcを得た。
フラスコにフェニルグリシジルエーテルのアクリル酸エステル466.2g(2.1モル)、ハイドロキノンモノメチルエーテル0.33g、キシリレンジイソシアネート188g(1モル)を仕込み、合成例1と同様にして反応させ、ウレタンアクリレートdを得た。
上記合成例および比較合成例で得られたウレタンアクリレートについて、以下の要領で屈折率と硬化収縮を測定した。結果を表2に示す。
得られたウレタンアクリレートをフェノキシエチルアクリレートと、ウレタンアクリレート/フェノキシエチルアクリレート=50/50、60/40、80/20(重量比)の比率で配合して均一に溶解させ、得られた各樹脂組成物(未硬化)の屈折率をアッベ屈折計で測定温度25℃にて測定した。横軸に配合比率、縦軸に各比率の測定値をとったグラフからウレタンアクリレート/フェノキシエチルアクリレート=100/0の屈折率を外挿により求めた。
下記条件で硬化させた樹脂の硬化前後の比重をピクノメーターを測定し、次式により体積収縮率として求めた。
体積収縮率(%)=〔(硬化後の比重−硬化前の比重)/硬化後の比重〕×100
ウレタンアクリレート/イルガキュア184=100/3(重量比)の比率で配合して均一に溶解させた樹脂組成物をガラス板上に100μmのアプリケーターバーで塗布し、80w/cmの高圧水銀灯を用いて積算照度170mJ/cm2の紫外線を照射した。
