Description
実施例1
3層(A−B−A)共押出し成型フィルムを製造した。コア層(B)はLDPE(PE1017)から形成した。この線状低密度ポリエチレンは、シェブロン・フィリップス・ケミカルカンパニー社(Chevron Phillips Chemical Company)(テキサス州ウッドランズ)より市販のものである。PE1017樹脂(MSDS No.PL001)の公称の性質としてはメルトインデックスが7.0gms/10分(ASTM D1238−57T)、密度が0.917gms/cc(ASTM D1505−60T)である。この樹脂は優れた加工性、高い温度安定性、及び低いネックイン性を特徴とするものである。色は半透明から透明である。
比較例として、各層がシェブロン製PE1017低密度ポリエチレンのみから形成された3層押出し成型フィルム(A−A−A)を、同様の処理条件で実施例1と同様のPP製スパンボンドに貼り合わせた。このキャストフィルムの両面に前述の例と同様にしてFullerNW1023ホットメルト接着剤を用いてPP製スパンボンド基体を貼り合わせた。
3層(A−B−A)共押出し成型フィルムを製造した。コア層(B)は30%LLDPE(MarFlex(商標名)PE7235)と70%LDPE(PE1017)の混合物から形成した。MarFlex(商標名)PE7235樹脂の公称の性質はヘキサンコポリマーであり、シェブロン・フィリップス・ケミカルカンパニー社(Chevron Phillips Chemical Company)(テキサス州ウッドランズ)より市販のものである。MarFlex(商標名)PE7235樹脂の公称の性質は、メルトインデックスが3.5gms/10分(ASTM D1238E)、密度が0.9235gm/cc(ASTM D1505)である。PE1017樹脂は実施例1で述べたものである。混合は重量測定フィーダーを用いてライン上で行い、得られた混合物を顔料などの他の添加剤とともに押出し機Bに供給した。外層(A)は実施例1と同様にポリプロピレン樹脂(MARLEX EX01D)を使用して形成した。
Claims (9)
- 異なる構成部分を有する少なくとも3層からなる共押出キャストフィルム層であり、当該キャストフィルム層の少なくとも2層は外層であって、該外層はポリプロピレンホモポリマー及びポリプロピレンコポリマーからなる群から選択されるポリプロピレン樹脂から形成されており、前記キャストフィルム層の少なくとも1層は、血液、ウィルス及び細菌の通過を防止するうえで充分なバリア層であって、該バリア層は低密度ポリエチレン及び低密度ポリエチレンと線状低密度ポリエチレンとの混合物から形成されている、前記キャストフィルム層;および、
前記キャストフィルム層の外層に貼り合わされた少なくとも2層の不織基体層;
とからなり、
高い湿潤時剥離強度を有し、バリア性が改良され、酸化エチレンで滅菌可能であり、エイジングにより湿潤時剥離強度が低下せずに向上することを特徴とする複合積層体。 - 前記キャストフィルム層の坪量が5〜50g/m2である請求項1に記載の複合積層体。
- 前記不織基体層が、坪量が10〜100g/m2であるスパンボンドポリプロピレンからなるものである請求項1に記載の複合積層体。
- 前記不織基体層が坪量が10〜100g/m2である布からなり、該布はポリエチレン、ポリエステル、及びポリエチレン/ポリエステル複合糸からなる群から選択されるものである請求項1に記載の複合積層体。
- 前記不織基体層が、乾燥坪量が1〜10g/m2である接着剤を用いて前記外層に貼り合わされるものである請求項1に記載の複合積層体。
- 少なくとも3層からなる共押出キャストフィルム層であり、該キャストフィルムの少なくとも2層は外層であって残りの層と異なる構成部分を有し、該外層は、ポリプロピレンホモポリマー及びポリプロピレンコポリマーからなる群から選択されるポリプロピレン樹脂から形成されており、前記キャストフィルムの少なくとも1層は、血液、ウィルス及び細菌の通過を防止するうえで充分なバリア層であって、該バリア層は低密度ポリエチレン及び低密度ポリエチレンと線状低密度ポリエチレンとの混合物から形成されている、前記キャストフィルム層;および、
前記キャストフィルムの外層に貼り合わされた少なくとも2層の不織基体層であって、該不織基体層は坪量が10〜100g/m2である布からなり、該布はポリプロピレン、ポリエチレン、ポリエステル、及びポリエチレン/ポリエステル複合糸からなる群から選択される不織基体層;
とからなり、
高い湿潤時剥離強度を有し、バリア性が改良され、酸化エチレンで滅菌可能であり、エイジングにより湿潤時剥離強度が低下せず向上することを特徴とする複合積層体。 - 前記キャストフィルム層は3層を有し、坪量は5〜50g/m2であり、前記2層の外層の合計重量は全フィルム重量の3%〜90%の範囲である請求項6に記載の複合積層体。
- 異なる構成部分を有する少なくとも3層からなる共押出キャストフィルム層であり、該キャストフィルムの少なくとも2層は外層であって、該外層はポリプロピレン、及びポリエチレン並びにポリプロピレンの混合物から選択される一種で形成されており、前記キャストフィルム層の少なくとも1層が、血液、ウィルス及び細菌の通過を防止するうえで充分なバリア層であって、前記バリア層が線状低密度ポリエチレンから形成されている、キャストフィルム層;および、
前記キャストフィルム層の外層に貼り合わされた少なくとも2層の不織基体層;
とからなり、
高い湿潤時剥離強度を有し、バリア性が改良され、酸化エチレンで滅菌可能であり、エイジングにより湿潤時剥離強度が低下せず向上することを特徴とする複合積層体。 - 異なる構成部分を有する少なくとも3層からなる共押出キャストフィルム層であって、当該キャストフィルムの少なくとも2層は外層であって、該外層はポリプロピレン、及びポリエチレン並びにポリプロピレンの混合物から選択される一種で形成されており、前記キャストフィルム層の少なくとも1層は、血液、ウィルス及び細菌の通過を防止するうえで充分なバリア層であって、該バリア層は線状低密度ポリエチレン30%、低密度ポリエチレン70%の混合物から形成されている、前記キャストフィルム層;および、
前記キャストフィルム層の外層に貼り合わされた少なくとも2層の不織基体層;
とからなり、
高い湿潤時剥離強度を有し、バリア性が改良され、酸化エチレンで滅菌可能であり、エイジングにより湿潤時剥離強度が低下せず向上することを特徴とする複合積層体。
