Description
1)パワービームとワークピース間に相対的な動きを引き起こし、それによりワークピースの領域が溶融され、溶融された材料を蒸気の圧力又は表面張力によって移動させて、ワークピースの領域の第1の場所で突起を形成するために及びそのワークピースの領域の異なる場所で孔を形成するために移動され、

3)1回又はそれ以上の回数工程1)を繰り返し、各繰り返しに対応するワークピースの領域が、工程1)のワークピースの領域と少なくとも部分的に重なることを含む。
A)「包括的な」パターンの列の数は、それぞれの場所の巡回又はスワイプの必要数に等しくなるように作られる。このようにして、その処理は継続的に基板材料の移動ストリップ又はシートに適用され、全ての場合に(実行の開始及び終了での場所を除いて)それぞれの場所での正確に同等な最終的効果を伴う。

Claims (17)
- 1)パワービームとワークピースとの間に相対的な動きを引き起こし、それにより前記ワークピースの領域が溶融され、その溶融された材料を蒸気の圧力又は表面張力によって移動させて、前記ワークピースの領域の第1の場所に突起を、及び前記ワークピースの領域の異なる場所に孔を形成し、
2)前記溶融された材料が少なくとも一部固まることを可能にし、その後、
3)1回又はそれ以上工程1)を繰り返し、各繰り返しに対応する前記ワークピースの領域が、前記工程1)のワークピースの領域と少なくとも部分的に重なる
ことを含み、
前記工程1)及び前記工程3)におけるワークピースの領域の少なくとも1つが、開始位置から終了位置までの経路に沿って前記ワークピースに対して進む前記ビームにより画定され、前記第1の場所が該開始位置又は該終了位置の1つであり、及び前記異なる場所が該開始位置又は該終了位置の他方である
ことを特徴とする、前記ワークピースの構造を変更する方法。 - 前記工程3)が、前記工程1)のそれぞれの繰り返しに続いて前記工程2)を繰り返すことを更に含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記経路が少なくとも3つ分のビームの径の長さであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記工程1)及び前記工程3)におけるワークピースの領域の少なくとも1つの少なくとも一部が湾曲していることを特徴とする、請求項1から請求項3のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記ワークピースの構造を変更する方法が、実質上前記ワークピースのバルク構造の変更を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記ワークピースの構造を変更する方法が、実質上前記ワークピースの表面構造の変更を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記工程3)のワークピースの領域のそれぞれが、前記工程1)のワークピースの領域と実質上同一の空間を占めることを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記工程1)及び前記工程3)における1つ又はそれ以上のワークピースの領域のグループを形成することを更に含み、各グループが前記工程1)のワークピースの領域と交差することを特徴とする、請求項1から7のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記各グループの孔が、前記工程1)のワークピースの領域の孔と実質上一致することを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記各グループの突起が、前記工程1)のワークピースの領域の突起と実質上一致することを特徴とする、請求項8又は請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記ワークピースの領域のグループが規則的な配列構造で配置されることを特徴とする、請求項8から請求項10のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記工程2)の間に、前記パワービームが1つ又はそれ以上のワークピースの領域を前記ワークピース上の他の場所に形成することを特徴とする、請求項1から11のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記溶融された材料に別の材料を加えて、それにより1つの合金を形成することを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から12のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記工程1)から前記工程3)が気体雰囲気で実行され、それにより1つ又はそれ以上の合金が形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1から13のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記工程1)及び前記工程3)におけるワークピースの領域のうち交差する領域が、前記ワークピース表面に突き出る突起を形成するように配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1から14のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 2つ又はそれ以上の突き出る突起が、1つ又はそれ以上のループを前記ワークピース表面上に形成するように接合されることを特徴とする、請求項15に記載の方法。
- 請求項1から請求項16のいずれかに記載の方法を使用して処理されたことを特徴とするワークピース。
