Description
本発明は、この知見に基づいてなされたものである。
このノニオン系合成高分子凝集剤としては、例えばポリアクリルアミド、ポリエチレンオキシド、尿素−ホルマリン樹脂を挙げることができるし、カチオン系合成高分子凝集剤としては、例えばポリアミノメチルアクリルアミド、ポリビニルイミダゾリン、キトサン、アイオネン系共重合体、エポキシアミン系共重合体を、また両性合成高分子凝集剤としては、例えば、レシチン系両性界面活性剤、カゼイン分解物系両性界面活性剤などを挙げることができる。
これらの有機系凝集剤及び無機系凝集剤は、必要に応じ併用することもできる。これらの凝集剤はリン含有廃液に対し、2.0〜10.0質量%の割合で用いられる。
(1)浮遊物質含有量;
昭和46年環境庁告示第59号付表8の方法。
(2)リン含有量;
JIS K 0102(46年3月2日)の規定による方法。
JIS P8220附属書Aに規定する標準離解機を用い、市販のリセルロースファイバー(有限会社リセルバー製、登録商標名「リセルバーA」)5.0gを水1500mlに分散、懸濁し、処理時間を0から8分までの間で変化させて剪断処理することにより、高活性セルロースファイバーを調製した。
なお、この例において、出発原料として用いた「リセルバーA」(登録商標名)は、段ボール古紙をシュレッダーにより、3mm平方程度の細片に断裁したのち、微粉砕用解繊機[(株)山本百馬製作所製、古紙微粉砕装置]により完全繊維状化し、水分10質量%に乾燥したものである。
次いで、生成した凝集物を、手搾り機(脱水圧力8kg/cm2)で10分間搾液して、半透明の淡かっ色水溶液を得た。このものの浮遊物質量は150ppm、リン含有量は10ppm(リン除去率97.4%)であった。
次いで、ポリ硫酸鉄の11質量%水溶液150ml及び液状両性高分子凝集物(ハイモ社製、商品名「E−513」)の0.28質量%水溶液3リットルを加えて凝集させ、凝集物をろ過して除いた。
このようにして得た半透明淡かっ色処理液は浮遊物質量174ppm、リン含有量8.3ppm(リン除去率97.2%)であった。
次いで、手搾り機(脱水圧力12.3kg/cm2)を用いて脱水した。
このようにして脱水した廃水中の浮遊物質量は180ppm、リン含有量は65ppm(リン除去率93.5%)であった。
Claims (4)
- 脱墨した古紙パルプ繊維を水中に分散し、該パルプ繊維の全質量の少なくとも50質量%が径10〜30μm、長さ500〜1000μmのサイズに微細化されるまで機械的剪断力を加えてメカノケミカル活性を付与されたことを特徴とする脱リン剤。
- リン含有廃液に対し、請求項1記載の脱リン剤を0.2〜5.0質量%添加し、よく混合したのち凝集処理し、生成する凝縮物中にリンを捕捉させて分離除去することを特徴とする廃液中のリン除去方法。
- 前記リン含有廃液が、ベルトプレスまたはバクフィルターにより大きいサイズの固形分を除いたものである請求項2記載の廃液中のリン除去方法。
- 凝集処理を、無機系凝集剤又は有機系凝集剤或いはその両方を添加して行う請求項2または3記載のリン除去方法。
