Description
本発明の別の目的は、強度及びコントラストに一貫性のある像を発生させるべく溶液イメージング装置を調整し且つ装置のハードウェア及びソフトウェアの性能を確認するための方法を提供することにある。
本発明のさらに別の目的は、溶液を凝集パターンについて分析するために、イメージング装置のダイナミックレンジを決定し且つ調整するための写真用グレースケールと共に、さらには装置及び装置ソフトウェアを検査するための凝集反応の印刷像と共に、用いられる校正カセットを提供することにある。
本発明のさらなる利益及び利点は、本発明の好ましい実施態様を具体的に示す添付の図面を参照する以下の詳細な説明から明らかとなる。
+4反応分類の場合、反応画像22dに示したように、血液試料中の細胞のすべて又は実質的にすべてが凝集し、マイクロカラム内のフィルターの最上部に大きな凝集体を形成する。
本明細書に記載した本発明は上記目的を満たすべく十分に計算されていることが明らかであるが、当業者であれば様々な変更態様を考案し得ることが認識され、また、添付の特許請求の範囲は、本発明の真正なる精神及び範囲に包含されるこのような変更態様をすべて包含することを意図するものである。
Claims (5)
- 水性凝集反応を分析するためのプログラムであって画素アレイと該画素アレイ上に該水性凝集反応の照明映像を形成させるための照明二次装置とを含む分析装置に用いられるものを検査するための方法であって、
基板の第一の透明領域であって、それぞれが凝集反応の結果を示している複数の反応像を有する、第一の透明領域と、該基板の第二の透明領域であって、複数のグレーレベルを伴うグレースケールを有する、第二の透明領域と、不透明領域とを含む校正装置を準備する工程、
該画素アレイ上に該グレースケールおよび該不透明領域の照明映像を形成させる工程、
該グレースケールにおける該複数のグレーレベルのグレー値が所望の値に達し、一方で該不透明領域のグレー値が所望の範囲にあるように、ゲインおよびオフセットを調整する工程、
該調整されたゲインおよびオフセットに基づいて、該画素アレイ上の該複数の反応像の中の一つの映像からデータ値を引き出す工程、
前記データ値を処理するプログラムを使用して、前記画定された領域により代表される該水性凝集反応の一つに関連するパラメーターについて値を決定する工程、及び
前記決定された値と該水性凝集反応の一つに関連する該パラメーターの期待値とを比較して、該プログラムの状態を評価する工程
を含む方法。 - 該パラメーターが反応分類であり、
前記一種の水性凝集反応が既知の反応分類を有しており、
該プログラムを使用して該パラメーターについての値を決定する工程が、該一種の水性凝集反応についての反応分類を決定する工程を含み、そして
前記比較する工程が、該決定された反応分類と該既知の反応分類とを比較して該プログラムの前記状態を評価する工程を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 凝集反応を分析するための装置を校正するため製品であって、
少なくとも第一及び第二の透明領域を有する基板と、
該基板の該第一の透明領域上の複数の反応像であってそれぞれが凝集反応の結果を示しているものと、
該基板の該第二の透明領域上のグレースケールであって光学濃度の異なる複数のストリップを含むものと、
照明ランプの許容可能な状態に相当する、期待されるグレースケール値を有する不透明ストリップと、を含んで成る製品。 - 該基板が、光を反射するための第三の不透明領域を含む、請求項3に記載の製品。
- 該複数の反応像が、四種類の凝集反応の結果を示す四種類の反応像を含む、請求項3に記載の製品。
