Description
本発明の(a)成分は、炭素数10〜15の直鎖アルキルを有するアルキルベンゼン(LAB)を、無水硫酸(SO3)との反応モル比が、SO3/LAB=1.01〜1.04、好ましくは1.02〜1.04の条件でスルホン化した直鎖アルキルベンゼンスルホン酸を中和して得られる直鎖アルキルベンゼンスルホン酸塩であり、直鎖アルキルベンゼンスルホン酸塩としてはナトリウム塩が好ましい。また、(a)成分の遊離硫酸含有量は2質量%未満であり、1質量%未満であることが安定性を向上する点で好ましい。
本発明の(b)成分は非イオン界面活性剤であり、(c)成分である無機研磨粒子の分離安定性の点から、炭素数10〜18の脂肪酸アルカノールアミド、炭素数10〜18の脂肪酸アルカノールアミドのアルキレン(アルキレン基の炭素数は2又は3)オキサイド付加物、アルキル基の炭素数が10〜18、平均付加モル数は1〜5のポリオキシアルキレン(アルキレン基の炭素数は2又は3)アルキルエーテル等が挙げられ、これらは単独又は2種以上組み合わせて用いてもよい。

〔式中R2aは炭素数10〜18、好ましくは10〜14のアルキル基であり、pは1〜10の数(平均付加モル数)、qは0〜5の数(平均付加モル数)である。オキシエチレン基及びオキシプロピレン基の付加順序はランダムもしくはブロックでもよい。〕
本発明の(c)成分の水不溶性研磨粒子としては、モース硬度3〜7の粒子を用いることが研磨性の点より好ましい。モース硬度が3〜7であり水不溶性である有用な研磨剤としては、炭酸カルシウム、ゼオライト、シリカ(珪石粉)が挙げられ、これらは単独又は2種以上組み合わせて用いてもよい。好ましい平均粒子径は5〜30μm、より好ましくは10〜20μmである。この範囲の硬度、平均粒子径の粒子を用いることにより、被洗浄面の傷付きがなく、十分な洗浄効果を得ることができる。
本発明の液体クレンザー組成物は、すすぎ性を損なわずに十分な起泡性と洗浄力を得るために、(a)成分を1〜7質量%、好ましくは2〜6質量%、また、(b)成分を1〜6質量%、好ましくは2〜5質量%含有する。さらに、これらの成分や配合量及び配合比は、液体クレンザー組成物の粘度や保存安定性に大きな影響を与えることから、本発明において、使用に適度な粘度と優れた保存安定性を得るために、組成物中の(a)成分、(b)成分の合計配合量は4〜8質量%であり、かつ(a)成分と(b)成分の質量比(a)/(b)は0.3〜3.0であり、更には0.5〜2.5であることが望ましい。また、(c)成分を5〜50質量%、好ましくは10〜50質量%含有する。
原料の直鎖アルキルベンゼンとして新日本石油化学製アルケンL(内部オレフィン法LAB、アルキル鎖長10〜14)を用いた。スルホン化には滞留時間1〜2分の上昇薄膜式型反応器を用いた。アルキルベンゼン(LAB)に対する無水硫酸(SO3)のモル比SO3/LABが、それぞれ1.02、1.04及び1.09になるように調整し、60℃の温度で連続反応を行い、62〜67%のスルホン化度を有する粗スルホン化物(約17kg/h)を得た。各々の反応モル比での粗スルホン化物を2Lのポリビンに1.5kgずつサンプリングし、40℃で60分間熟成した後に、スルホン化物に対して1質量%の水を添加し加水分解を行った。さらに、加水分解したスルホン化物を、直鎖アルキルベンゼンスルホン酸ナトリウムとして約25質量%の有効成分となるように22%水酸化ナトリウム水溶液を用いて中和を行った。
これらの直鎖アルキルベンゼンスルホン酸ナトリウム及び表1に示す成分を用いて液体クレンザー組成物を調製し、それら組成物の保存安定性を下記の方法で評価した。結果を表1に示す。なお、各組成物のpH(20℃)は、何れも10.0に調整した。
表1の組成物を広口規格ビンM−140(柏洋硝子(株)製、容量約140mL)に液高さが7cmとなるように入れ、蓋をして、−5℃と50℃の恒温槽に保存し、1ヶ月毎に液の外観を目視評価した。明らかな分離(離液部分高さ30mm以上)が認められるまで、離液部分高さを記録した。
Claims (2)
- (a)炭素数10〜15の直鎖アルキルを有するアルキルベンゼン(LAB)を、無水硫酸(SO3)との反応モル比がSO3/LAB=1.01〜1.04の条件でスルホン化し、中和して得られる直鎖アルキルベンゼンスルホン酸塩、(b)非イオン界面活性剤及び(c)平均粒子径5〜30μmの水不溶性研磨粒子5〜50質量%を含有し、(a)成分/(b)成分の質量比が0.3〜3.0、(a)成分+(b)成分の合計が4〜8質量%である液体クレンザー組成物。
- さらに、(d)珪酸ナトリウム0.1〜2質量%、並びに(e)リンゴ酸又は/及びクエン酸0.1〜2質量%を含有する請求項1記載の液体クレンザー組成物。
