Claims (9)
- シンチレータ(26)と、
撮像装置アレイ(30)と、
接合及び光学結合を形成するために前記シンチレータ(26)と前記撮像装置アレイ(30)との間に配置され、吸光物質を含む5ミクロン乃至25ミクロンの範囲の厚さを有するラミネーション材料を含むラミネーション層(22)と、
を備え、
前記吸光物質は前記ラミネーション材料中に添加され、
前記ラミネーション材料は、所定の接合温度まで加熱された時に前記撮像装置アレイ(30)と前記シンチレータの第1の面(40)の両方に接合する接着剤を含み、
前記ラミネーション層(22)が、180℃より低いガラス転移温度(Tg)を有する可塑化されたポリエーテルイミド熱可塑性ポリマー類から成り、
前記可塑化されたポリエーテルイミド熱可塑性ポリマー類が、ポリエーテルイミドとペンタエリスリトールテトラベンゾエートとの混合物を更に含み、該混合物が、60重量%乃至95重量%の範囲のポリエーテルイミドと5重量%乃至40重量%の範囲のペンタエリスリトールテトラベンゾエートを有することを特徴とする、放射線イメージングシステム(20)。 - 前記ラミネーション層(22)が更に前記ラミネーション材料を少なくとも90%含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の放射線イメージングシステム(20)。
- 前記シンチレータ(26)、前記ラミネーション層(22)、及び前記撮像装置アレイ(30)に対して周囲湿度からの保護をもたらすために配置された気密シール(80)を更に含む請求項1又は2に記載の放射線イメージングシステム(20)。
- 前記シンチレータ(26)が、実質的に光学反射性であるシンチレータの第2の面(42)を有することを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の放射線イメージングシステム(20)。
- 前記ラミネーション層(22)が、ジアミノアントラキノン(DAA)と1−メチルアミノ−4−ジヒドロキシアントラキノン(DHA)とから成る群から選ばれるアントラキノン系染料、サブミクロンの炭素粉末及びアゾ系染料類から成る群から選択された吸光物質を含むことを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載の放射線イメージングシステム(20)。
- 前記ラミネーション層(22)が、前記ラミネーション材料中に0.5重量%乃至5重量%の吸光物質を含むことを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載の放射線イメージングシステム(20)。
- 前記シンチレータ(26)が、500ミクロンと25000ミクロンの範囲の厚さを有することを特徴とする請求項1乃至6のいずれかに記載の放射線イメージングシステム(20)。
- 前記シンチレータ(26)が、実質的に柱状構造を有することを特徴とする請求項1乃至7のいずれかに記載の放射線イメージングシステム(20)。
- 前記シンチレータ(26)が、光ファイバ型シンチレータ(FOS)であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至7のいずれかに記載の放射線イメージングシステム(20)。
