Claims (10)
- 単極X線装置(10)用の高電圧(HV)絶縁システム(11)であって、
ほぼ円錐形状の中央部分(56)を含む、絶縁材(13)の第1の側面(50)と、
HVコネクタ(17)に連結するようになった平坦面を形成する、前記絶縁材(13)の第2の側面(62)と、
前記HVコネクタ(17)に連結するようになった、前記第1の側面(50)及び前記第2の側面(62)のフランジ付き外縁部(66)と、
を含み、
前記第1の側面(50)は、HV導電体(54)を受けるようになった、前記ほぼ円錐形状の中央部分(56)と同軸の逆円錐形中央チャネル(52)を形成しており、
前記ほぼ円錐形状の中央部分(56)は更に、前記逆円錐形中央チャネル(52)の基部(58)が該ほぼ円錐形状の中央部分(56)の傾斜頂部(60)に形成されるように、該逆円錐形中央チャネル(52)を形成している、
ことを特徴とするシステム(11)。 - エポキシ(70)を密閉し、前記フランジ付き外縁部(66)に連結されたHVコネクタ(17)を更に含み、前記HVコネクタ(17)が、HVケーブル端子(72)を更に含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のシステム(11)。
- 前記HVケーブル端子(72)に連結されたHVケーブル(28)を更に含み、前記HVケーブル(28)が前記導電体(54)に接触するようになっていることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のシステム(11)。
- 前記エポキシ(70)が、前記導電体(54)を囲むことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のシステム(11)。
- 前記エポキシ(70)が、Al2O3粉末、AlN粉末、BN粉末、又は同様な材料の礫体の少なくとも1つを含むことを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のシステム(11)。
- スプリング付勢装置(76)からの圧縮力により前記第2の側面(62)と前記エポキシ(70)との間で圧縮されているガスケット(15)を更に含むことを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のシステム(11)。
- 前記ガスケット(15)が、シリコンゴム又は該シリコンゴムと同様な電気化学的特性を有する物質を含むことを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のシステム(11)。
- 前記ガスケット(15)は、テーパが付けられていることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のシステム(11)。
- 前記第1の側面(50)及び前記第2の側面(62)の両方が、セラミック又は該セラミックと同様な特性を有する物質を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のシステム(11)。
- 単極X線装置(10)用のHVシステム(11)を組み立てる方法であって、
ほぼ円錐形状の中央部分(56)を含む第1の側面(50)と、HVコネクタ(17)からのスプリング付勢ピン(76)を受けるための少なくとも1つのHV接点を含む平坦面を形成する第2の側面(62)と、前記HVコネクタ(17)に連結するようになった、前記第1の側面(50)及び前記第2の側面(62)のフランジ付き外縁部(66)とを含み、前記第1の側面(50)は、逆円錐形中央チャネル(52)を形成し、前記ほぼ円錐形状の中央部分(56)は更に、前記逆円錐形中央チャネル(52)の基部(58)が該ほぼ円錐形状の中央部分(56)の傾斜頂部(60)に形成されるように、該逆円錐形中央チャネル(52)を形成しているセラミック絶縁材(13)を、X線装置(10)に連結する段階と、
ガスケット(15)を前記セラミック絶縁材(13)とエポキシ(70)との間で圧縮する段階と、
鉛を裏張りした前記HVコネクタ(17)を前記セラミック絶縁材(13)に連結する段階と、
を含むことを特徴とする方法。
