レッサへ導かれる。この場合、デポジットがコンプレッサ内で飛散してインペラを変形させる等の不具合を誘発する可能性がある。

Claims (3)
- ターボチャージャを備えた内燃機関のEGR制御装置において、
前記ターボチャージャのタービン下流の排気通路から前記ターボチャージャのコンプレッサ上流の吸気通路へ排気を還流するEGR通路と、
前記EGR通路の途中に設けられたEGRクーラと、
前記EGRクーラより吸気通路寄りのEGR通路に設けられたEGR弁と、
前記EGR弁を閉弁させた状態で前記EGRクーラへガスを逆流させるデポジット除去処理を行うデポジット除去手段と、
前記デポジット除去処理終了後に前記EGR弁を開弁させる場合には、該EGR弁の開弁と閉弁を交互に複数回繰り返させる制御手段と、
を備えることを特徴とする内燃機関のEGR制御装置。 - 前記EGR通路の接続部位より上流の排気通路から前記EGRクーラと前記EGR弁との間のEGR通路へ排気を導く環流通路と、前記環流通路を開閉する開閉弁と、を更に備え、
前記デポジット除去手段は、前記EGR弁を閉弁させ且つ前記開閉弁を開弁させることにより前記EGRクーラへ排気を逆流させることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の内燃機関のEGR制御装置。 - ターボチャージャを備えた内燃機関のEGR制御方法において、
EGR弁を閉弁させた状態でEGRクーラへガスを逆流させるデポジット除去処理を行い、デポジット除去処理終了後の前記EGR弁を開弁させる時には該EGR弁の開弁と閉弁を交互に複数回繰り返させることを特徴とする内燃機関のEGR制御方法。
