Claims (4)
- 第1の機械部分(4)が溝(3)を備え、第2の機械部分(5)が該溝(3)に対向する外周面(7)を備える互いに相対的に移動可能な2つの同軸的機械部分(4,5)間の間隔(26)を封止する高圧封止装置であって、前記溝(3)内に押出しがしにくい材料から成る封止リング(1)とエラストマ材料から成る張力リング(2)が設けられ、該封止リング(1)の低圧側成形部分は流体圧力荷重によって外周面(7)側へ撓み可能であり、圧力が減少すると該封止リング(1)の圧力に依存する撓みが自動的に該封止リング(1)の元の加圧されない状態に戻り、該封止リング(1)は、加圧されていない状態では、断面で視て、前記外周面(7)に面する成形された封止リング面(6)を有し、該封止リング面(6)は、少なくとも前記低圧側成形部分に関して前記外周面(7)から第1の間隔d1だけ離間したショルダ面(13)に結合し、該ショルダー面(13)は、前記外周面(7)からより大きな第2の間隔d2だけ離間したショルダ面(13)の側面(20)に結合する高圧封止装置において、多段階封止リング面が形成され、該多段階封止リング面は、高圧荷重の場合には前記封止リングの回動後に前記第2の機械部分(5)の前記外周面(7)上に位置して円環状スペース(28)を形成することを特徴とする高圧封止装置。
- 前記封止リング(1)は流体圧力荷重によって低圧側で溝縁部(11)側へ撓み可能であり、圧力が減少すると該封止リング(1)の圧力に依存する撓みは自動的に該封止リング(1)の元の加圧されない状態に戻り、該封止リング(1)は、加圧されていない状態では、断面で視て、前記外周面(7)に面する成形された封止リング面(6)を有し、該封止リング面(6)は、両側で前記外周面(7)から離れた2つのショルダ面(13,14)に段状に結合し、該ショルダ面(13,14)は、少なくとも1つのエッジ(23,24)を介して側面(19,20)に再び結合することを特徴とする請求項1記載の高圧封止装置。
- 前記ショルダ面(13,14)は、外周面に対して横方向に延びる傾斜面(17,18)を介して側面(19,20)に結合することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の高圧封止装置。
- 流体力学分野における回転式伝達に使用される請求項1又は2に記載の高圧封止装置。
