Claims (11)
- 振動超ミクロトームカッタ(2)を有する保持装置であって、
前記カッタ(2)は、カッタホルダ(1)の上に配置され、圧電素子(3)によって振動するように、前記圧電素子(3)によって支持され、
前記圧電素子(3)は、前記カッタホルダ(1)に締め付けられた第1の支持面(30)と、前記カッタ(2)が締め付けられる第2の支持面(31)とを有することを特徴とする、保持装置。 - 前記カッタは、他の部分は自由に吊るされることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の保持装置。
- 前記カッタは、ブレードホルダ(22)と、前記ブレードホルダ(22)の上に配置され且つ刃先(21)を持つブレード(20)とを有することを特徴とする、請求項1および2のいずれかに記載の保持装置。
- 前記ブレード(20)と前記ブレードホルダ(22)とを部分に分かれた設計として、ブレード(20)を交換できるようにしたことを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の保持装置。
- 前記カッタ(2)は、部分に分かれていない設計であることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の保持装置。
- 前記カッタ(2)を、その刃先(21)に少なくともほぼ平行に振動するようにしたことを特徴とする、請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載の保持装置。
- 前記圧電素子(3)は、剪断モードで動作可能な圧電性結晶または圧電セラミック(32)を有することを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の保持装置。
- 前記第1および第2の支持面(30、31)は互いに面平行に広がり、前記刃先(21)はこれらの支持面(30、31)に少なくともほぼ平行に延びることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の保持装置。
- 前記カッタホルダ(1)は2つの側壁(11)および溝底(12)を持つ溝(10)を有し、前記溝底(12)は斜面として設計され且つ前記圧電素子(3)の締め付け面として働き、前記溝(10)は前記カッタ(2)のブレードホルダ(22)の幅よりも大きな幅を有することを特徴とする、請求項1乃至8のいずれかに記載の保持装置。
- 前記圧電素子(3)は圧電性結晶または圧電セラミック(32)とピエゾホルダ(33)とを有し、前記カッタ(2)は前記圧電性結晶または前記圧電セラミック(32)に締め付けられ、前記ピエゾホルダ(33)は前記カッタホルダ(1)の上に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至9のいずれかに記載の保持装置。
- 請求項1乃至10のいずれかに記載の振動カッタ(2)を有し、且つサンプルホルダブロック(4)と、前記カッタ(2)によって切断されるサンプル(7)を保持し、前記サンプルホルダブロック(4)の上に締め付けられた振動サンプルホルダ(6)とを有する保持装置を備える超ミクロトームであって、前記サンプルホルダ(6)は自由に吊るされた状態で第2の圧電素子(5)に締め付けられ、前記第2の圧電素子(5)は前記サンプルホルダブロック(4)に接続され、前記第2の圧電素子(5)は剪断モードで動作することができることを特徴とする、超ミクロトーム。
