Claims (12)
- アーチ形状をなす埋設可能な織物製プロテーゼであって、
第1開口端と第2開口端とを有するとともにこれら第1開口端と第2開口端との間にわたって流体通路が形成されているような長尺チューブ状メイン壁を備えてなる織物製第1部材であるとともに、長手方向にわたってそれぞれ延在する、側壁部分と、頂壁部分と、底壁部分と、を規定し、さらに、150mm〜300mmという曲率半径のアーチ形状として形成され、さらに、前記第1開口端と前記第2開口端との間に、前記チューブ状メイン壁の頂点領域を形成しているような、織物製第1部材と;
前記チューブ状メイン壁の前記頂点領域のところにおいて、前記頂壁部分から鉛直方向に延出された複数の織物製長尺チューブであるとともに、前記チューブ状メイン壁との間に流体連通を確立しつつ前記織物製第1部材に対して縫い付けられている複数の織物製長尺チューブと;
を具備し、
前記織物製第1部材が、前記チューブ状メイン壁の腰折れを引き起こすことなく患者の大動脈弓に対して全体的に適合し得るよう20mm〜80mmという曲率半径のアーチ形状へとさらに曲げ得るものとされていることを特徴とするプロテーゼ。 - 請求項1記載のプロテーゼにおいて、
前記複数の織物製長尺チューブが、前記チューブ状メイン壁に対して、軸方向に沿って互いに離間されていることを特徴とするプロテーゼ。 - 請求項1記載のプロテーゼにおいて、
前記複数の織物製長尺チューブが、前記チューブ状メイン壁に対して、周縁方向に沿って互いにオフセットされていることを特徴とするプロテーゼ。 - 請求項1記載のプロテーゼにおいて、
前記複数の織物製長尺チューブが、互いに実質的に同じ直径を有していることを特徴とするプロテーゼ。 - 請求項1記載のプロテーゼにおいて、
前記複数の織物製長尺チューブが、互いに異なる直径を有していることを特徴とするプロテーゼ。 - 請求項1記載のプロテーゼにおいて、
前記複数の織物製長尺チューブが、互いに実質的に同じ長さを有していることを特徴とするプロテーゼ。 - 請求項1記載のプロテーゼにおいて、
前記複数の織物製長尺チューブが、互いに異なる長さを有していることを特徴とするプロテーゼ。 - 請求項1記載のプロテーゼにおいて、
前記複数の織物製長尺チューブが、少なくとも3つの長尺チューブを有していることを特徴とするプロテーゼ。 - 請求項1記載のプロテーゼにおいて、
さらに、前記頂点領域の前記側壁部分のところにおいて、前記チューブ状メイン壁から横方向に延出された長尺チューブ状ポートを具備していることを特徴とするプロテーゼ。 - 請求項1記載のプロテーゼにおいて、
前記チューブ状メイン壁と、前記複数の長尺チューブをなす壁とが、ポリエステルとポリプロピレンとポリエチレンとポリウレタンとポリテトラフルオロエチレンとこれらの混合物とからなるグループの中から選択された材料から構成されていることを特徴とするプロテーゼ。 - 請求項1記載のプロテーゼにおいて、
前記側壁部分と前記第1開口端と前記頂点領域と前記第2開口端とが、実質的に同一平面上に位置していることを特徴とするプロテーゼ。 - 請求項1記載のプロテーゼにおいて、
前記第1開口端と前記第2開口端とが、前記第1開口端の側面から前記頂点領域へと至る最短線と、前記第2開口端の側面から前記頂点領域へと至る最短線と、がなす頂点のところにおいて、2°〜30°という角度で互いに傾斜していることを特徴とするプロテーゼ。
